Abstract
Bu araştırma, artroskopik cerrahi uygulanan hastaların öğrenim gereksinimleri ve öz bakım gücü düzeylerinin belirlenmesi amacıyla tanımlayıcı olarak yapıldı. Araştırma, İstanbul Üniversitesi İstanbul Tıp Fakültesi Ortopedi ve Travmatoloji Anabilim Dalı kliniklerinde 01.09.2020 ve 15.07.2021 tarihleri arasında artroskopik cerrahi uygulanan 129 hasta ile yapıldı. Araştırmanın verileri 'Hasta tanıtım formu', 'Hasta Öğrenim Gereksinimleri Ölçeği', 'Öz Bakım Gücü Ölçeği', kullanılarak yüz yüze görüşme yöntemi ile toplandı. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde tanımlayıcı testler (minimum, maksimum ortalama, standart sapma, medyan, birinci çeyrek, üçüncü çeyreklik, sıklık ve yüzde), Shapiro-Wilk testi, Bağımsız gruplar t testi Mann-Whitney U, Tek yönlü varyans analizi, Kruskal Wallis Test, Dunn-Bonferroni, Pearson korelasyon analizi kullanıldı. Araştırma kapsamına alınan hastaların yaş ortalamasının 36,38±13,88 olduğu, %61,2'sinin erkek, %55'inin evli, %38'inin yüksekokul/üniversite mezunu; %69'unun gelir düzeyinin orta olduğu, %50,4'ünün çalışmadığı, %92,2'sinin sosyal güvencesinin bulunduğu, %55'inin çocuğu olduğu ve %69'unun ilde ikamet ettiği belirlendi. Hasta öğrenim gereksinimleri ölçeğinden aldıkları toplam puan ortalaması 197,87±29,88 bulundu. Hasta öğrenim gereksinimleri ölçeği alt boyutundan aldıkları en yüksek puanlar sırasıyla ''tedavi ve komplikasyonlar'' 37,29±5,57, ''yaşam aktiviteleri'' 35,63±5,44, ''ilaçlar'' 32,89±5,44, ve '' yaşam kalitesi'' 32,77±4,92, olduğu, hasta öğrenim gereksinimleri ölçeği alt boyutundan aldıkları en düşük puanların ise sırasıyla; ''duruma ilişkin duygular' 17,04±4,75, ''cilt bakımı'' 20,27±3,36, ''toplum ve izlem'' 21,98±4,45, olduğu belirlendi. Öz bakım gücü ölçeğinden aldıkları toplam puan ortalaması 102,91±18,49 olduğu saptandı. Hastaların ÖBGÖ toplam puanları ile HÖGÖ alt boyut ve toplam puanları arasındaki korelasyonda istatistiksel olarak anlamlı ilişki saptanmadı. Artroskopik cerrahi uygulanan hastaların öğrenim gereksinimleri ve öz bakım gücü düzeylerinin yüksek olduğu belirlendi. Hastaların artroskopik cerrahi sonrası bakımında öncelikleri ve gereksinimleri belirlenmeli ve buna yönelik etkin eğitim programları düzenlenerek öğrenim ihtiyaçları karşılanmalıdır. This study was descriptively conducted to determine the learning needs and self-care power levels of patients who underwent arthroscopic surgery. The study was conducted with 129 patients who underwent arthroscopic surgery between 01.09.2020 and 15.07.2021 in the clinics of Istanbul University, Istanbul Faculty of Medicine, Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology. The data of the study were collected by face-to-face interview method by using 'Patient Information Form', 'Patient Learning Needs Scale', 'Self-Care Agency Scales'. Descriptive tests in the evaluation of data (minimum, maximum mean, standard deviation, median, first quartile, third quartile, frequency and percentage), Shapiro-Wilk test, Independent groups t test Mann-Whitney U, One-way analysis of variance, Kruskal Wallis Test, Dunn -Bonferroni, Pearson correlation analysis was used. The mean age of the patients included in the study was 36,38±13,88, 61,2% (n=79) were male, 55% were married, 38% were college/university graduates; 69% have a medium income, 50,4% are not working, 92,2% have social security, 55% have children and 69% of them resided in the province was determined. The total score obtained from the patient learning needs scale was found to be 197,87±29,88. The highest scores obtained from the patient learning needs scalesub-dimension were respectively determined 37,29±5,57, 'treatment and complications', 'activities of life' 35,63±5,44, 'medications' 32,89±5,44, and 'quality of life' 32,77± The lowest scores obtained from the patient learning needs scale sub-dimension were respectively determined that 'feelings about the situation' 17,04±4,75, 'skin care' 20,27±3,36, 'society and follow-up' 21,98±4,45. The mean score of the Self-Care agency scales was found to be 102,91±18,49. No statistically significant correlation was found in the correlation between the patients' 'Self-Care agency scales' and 'Patient Learning Needs Scale' . It was determined that the learning requriments and self-care agency levels of the patients who underwent arthroscopic surgery were high. Priorities and needs of patients in post-arthroscopic care should be determined, and their learning needs should be met by organizing effective training programs according to their priorities and needs.
