Covid Etkisinde Lise Öğretmenlerinde Yeni Davranış Biçimleri

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, pandemi döneminde karşılaştıkları sorunlara ilişkin öğretmenlerin görüşlerini incelemektir. Çalışma nitel araştırma modellerinden biri olan betimsel fenomenolojik desen kullanılarak hazırlanmıştır. Covid 19 salgını bağlamında zorunlu bir tercih olan uzaktan eğitim, öğrencilerin zaman ve yer ayrımı olmaksızın eğitime erişmesini amaçlamıştır. Uzaktan eğitimde günümüzde mobil uygulamalar yaygın olarak kullanılsa da bu eğitimden faydalanabilmek için teknolojik imkanlara ve internet erişimine sahip olmak gerekmektedir.Tüm öğrencilerin aynı olanaklara sahip olmadığı ve kırsal kesimde çok sayıda öğrencinin teknolojik olanaklardan ve internet erişiminden yoksun olduğu değerlendirildiğinde, uzaktan eğitimde fırsat eşitsizlikleri nelerdir ve bu konuda öğretmenleri yaşadıkları, karşılaştıkları sorunlar araştırmada ortaya çıkarılmıştır. Özel ve devlet okullarında görev yapan öğretmenlerin farklı sorunları var ancak ortak sorun öğrencilerin bu süreçten sonra uyum sorunu yaşamaları.

The aim of this study is to examine the opinions of teachers about the problems they faced during the pandemic period. The study has been prepared using descriptive phenomenological design, which is one of the qualitative research models. Distant education which is a mandatory choice in the context of the Covid-19 epidemic, has aimed students with access to education regardless of time and place. Although mobile applications are widely used in distance education, it is necessary to have technological opportunities and internet access in order to benefit from this kind of education. Considering that not all students have the same opportunities and that many students in rural areas lack technological opportunities and internet access, the inequalities of opportunity in distance education and the problems that teachers experience and encounter in this regard, have been revealed in this research. Teachers working in private and public schools have different problems, but the common problem is that students have adaptation problems after this process.
