Üstün yetenekli öğrencilerin (ilkokul 3. ve 4. sınıf düzeyinde) (BİLSEM'lere) seçim sürecine ilişkin yönetici ve öğretmen görüşleri açısından incelenmesi (Kocaeli ili İzmit ilçesi örneği)

Abstract

Bu araştırma temel olarak; üstün yetenekli öğrencilerin Bilim ve Sanat Merkezlerine (BİLSEM) seçim sürecine ilişkin yönetici ve öğretmen görüşlerini incelemek amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Amaç doğrultusunda hazırlanan anket formu; 2014-2015 eğitim öğretim yılında Kocaeli ili İzmit ilçe sınırları içinde bulunan ilkokullarda görev yapan 424 öğretmen ve 36 yöneticiye uygulanmıştır. Anketlerden elde edilen veriler bilgisayar ortamında SPSS 22.0 istatistik paket programı aracılığıyla analiz edilmiştir. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde, yönetici ve öğretmenlerin bilim ve sanat merkezlerine seçim sürecine ilişkin görüşlerinin belirlenmesinde ortalama ve standart sapma istatistiklerinden, katılımcıların sosyo-demografik özelliklerine göre Bilim ve Sanat Merkezlerine (BİLSEM) seçim sürecine ilişkin görüşlerinin farklılaşma durumunun incelenmesinde; t testi, tek yönlü anova ve scheffe testleri kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda; yönetici ve öğretmenlerin BİLSEM' lere öğrenci seçimine ilişkin görüşlerinde netlik olmadığı, seçim sürecine ilişkin yönetici ve öğretmenlerin çok olumlu düşünmediği, ancak tamamen de olumsuz görüşlerde olmadığı belirlenmiştir. The main objective of this study was carried out to examine the views of administrators and teachers regarding the selection process for gifted students in science and art centers. A questionnaire developed in purpose; 2014-2015 academic year in primary schools located in the district of Kocaeli Izmit borders and managers working 460 öğret was applied. The data obtained from the questionnaires were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 statistical software package on the computer. Evaluation of the data, administrators and teachers of science and art centers to determine their views on the selection process of the mean and standard deviation of the statistics, according to the participants' socio-demographic characteristics of views on the selection process of the science and art centers in the study of the differentiation status; t test, one-way ANOVA and Scheffe tests were used. Research; The teachers and administrators are not clear in their views on the choice of students SACs, the selection process for managers and the teachers were very positive thinking, but was determined to be completely in the negative opinion.
