Abstract
Eğitimin önemli unsurlarından olan, öğrenci velilerinin teknolojiden sonuna kadar faydalanmalarını sağlamak amacıyla, Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı tarafından 2007 yılında hizmete sunulan e-Okul Veli Bilgilendirme Sistemi 7 yıldır kullanılmaya devam etmektedir. Bu araştırmanın temel amacı, e-Okul Veli Bilgilendirme Sistemi'nin hizmet kalitesinin ölçülmesi ve ortaöğretim okullarında öğrencisi bulunan velilerin e-Okul Veli Bilgilendirme Sistemi'ne ilişkin görüşlerini ve memnuniyet düzeylerini belirlemektir. Ayrıca e-Okul Veli Bilgilendirme Sistemi'nin, öğrenci velileri tarafından ne kadar kullanılabildiğinin ortaya çıkarılmasıdır. Bu amaçla, e-Okul Veli Bilgilendirme hizmet kalitesinin ölçülmesi anketi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu, Söke ilçe merkezindeki liselerde öğrencisi bulunan 455 veli oluşturmaktadır. Sayısal verilerin analizinde SPSS 20.0 paket programı kullanılmıştır. Nicel verilerin analizinde faktör analizi, tek yönlü varyans analizi, t testi kullanılmıştır. Nitel veriler ise içerik analizi yapılarak değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda; velilerin, e-Okul Veli Bilgilendirme Sistemi'nin tasarımı, site haritası, arama motoru ve sistemden elde edilen bilgilerin yeterliliğinden memnun olma düzeylerinin internette az zaman geçiren velilerde fazla olduğu ancak internette daha fazla zaman geçiren velilerde azaldığı; sisteme zamanında girilmesi önem arz eden bilgilerin zamanında girilmesi konusunda memnun olup olmadıkları hususunda kararsız oldukları; sistemin güvenliği ve sistem hakkında olumlu görüş bildirdikleri; yetkililer tarafından verilen bilgiler, bu bilgilerin zamanında verilmesi konusunda memnun olmadıkları yönünde sonuçlar elde edilmiştir. Ayrıca velilerin teknik personelin sorunları çözme konusunda yeterli donanıma sahip olmadığı şeklinde düşündükleri sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
As one of the important aspects of education and aiming at helping parents get benefits of technology, e-School Parent Information System launched by the Ministry of Education continues to be used for 7 years. The main purpose of this research is to measure the service quality of e-School Parent Information System and to determine parents' opinions about the e-School Parent Information System in secondary schools and satisfaction levels. In addition, it is for revealing that how much this system is used by the parents of students. For this purpose, the survey of e-School Parent Information was used to measure the quality of service. The study group is consisted of 455 parents who have students in high schools of Söke district. The package program SPSS 20.0 was used for analyzing quantitative data. In analyzing quantitative data, factor analysis, one way variance analysis and the test of T is used. For qualitative data, it is evaluated by analyzing the content. In the result of this research, the parents who spend less time on the Internet are more satisfied with the design of e-School Parent Information System, site map, search engine, and the sufficiency of the information derived from the system, however, it has been observed that the parents who spend more time on the Internet are less satisfied with them, they are uncertain about being content with whether the vital information is entered to the system on time or not, they express positive opinions about the system and the security of the system and they are not satisfied with the issue that the information provided by the authorities is given on time. In addition, it is concluded, the parents consider that the technical staffs do not have enough qualifications in solving problems.
