Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı ; Sosyal Bilimler Öğretmenlerinin Araştırma – İnceleme Yoluyla Öğretim Stratejisi Hakkındaki görüşlerini tespit etmektir. Bu çalışmada nicel araştırma yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Çalışmanın verileri araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen ve geçerliliği için uzman görüşüne başvurulan anket formları ile elde edilmiştir. Araştırmanın evreni Trabzon ilindeki sosyal bilimler öğretmenleri örneklem ise Beşikdüzü ilçesindeki sosyal bilimler öğretmenleri olarak tespit edilmiştir. Örneklem tespit edilirken Beşikdüzü ilçesinde farklı yaş grubundan ve eğitim düzeyinden (lisans ve yüksek lisans) sosyal bilimler öğretmenlerinin bulunması sebebi ile evreni temsil edeceği düşünülmüştür. Çalışma Trabzon ili Beşikdüzü ilçesi kapsamında 15.05.2014 ile 25.05.2014 tarihleri arasında, 58 sosyal bilimler öğretmeni ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma neticesinde katılımcı öğretmenlerin Araştırma – İnceleme Yoluyla Öğretim Stratejisi hakkındaki görüşlerinin olumlu olduğu belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca katılımcıların yaşları ve çalışma yılları ile araştırma inceleme yoluyla öğretim stratejileri kullanma arasında negatif ilişki olduğu görülmektedir. Katılımcıların bu strateji hakkında bilgi düzeylerinin yeterli olmadığı tespit edilmiştir Anahtar Kelimeler: Öğretim stratejileri, Araştırma Yoluyla Öğretim Stratejisi, Sosyal Bilimler Öğretmenleri.
The purpose of this study is to identify the social sciences teachers' opinions about the teaching strategies through research and investıgation. In this study quantitative research method was used. Data was collected from survey forms which were developed by the researcher and also consulted on an expert for its validity. It was determined that target population of the study is social sciences teachers in Trabzon and research sample of the study is social sciences teachers in Besikduzu Province. While determining the research sample, it was thought that research sample represents the target population of the study because of the fact that there are several social sciences teachers of all ages and education levels (undergraduate and postgraduate) in Besikduzu Province. The research was carried out with 58 social sciences teachers between the dates of 15.05.2014 and 25.05.2014 in Besikduzu Province, Trabzon. In consequence of the survey, it was specified that participant teachers' ideas about teaching strategies through research and investigation are favorable. Besides it is seen that there is a negative correlation between the ages and teaching years of participants and the implementation of teaching strategies through research and investigation. In addition to this, it has been found out that the participants do not have enough knowledge about this method.
