Abstract
Bu araştırma ameliyathane hemşirelerinin yeterliliği ve iletişim becerilerinin belirlenmesi amacıyla yapıldı. Tanımlayıcı ve ilişki arayıcı nitelikte olan araştırmanın örneklemini en az 6 aydır ameliyathanede görevli, araştırmaya katılmaya gönüllü 220 hemşire oluşturdu. Araştırmanın verilerinin elde edilmesinde araştırmacılar tarafından literatüre göre hazırlanmış 'Hemşire Tanıtım Formu', 'Revize Algılanan Perioperatif Yeterlilik Ölçeği' ve 'İletişim Becerileri Ölçeği-Yetişkin Formu kullanıldı. Araştırmanın veri analizi SPSS 24 paket programı kullanılarak yapıldı. Araştırmanın istatistiksel analizinde tanımlayıcı istatistikler, bağımsız gruplarda t testi, One-way ANOVA testi, Pearson Korelasyon analizi uygulanmıştır. Bulgular yorumlanırken anlamlılık düzeyi p<0.05 olarak alındı. Araştırmaya katılan ameliyathane hemşirelerinin yaş ortalamasının 31,54±6,93 yıl, mesleki deneyim sürelerinin ortalama 8,78±6,73 yıl, ameliyathanede çalışma sürelerinin ortalama 6,50±5,65 yıl, %62,3'ünün kadın %50'sinin evli, %69,1'inin lisans ve %57,3'ünün geliri giderine denk olduğu, %21,8'sinin ameliyathane hemşireliği sertifikasının olduğu bulundu. Ameliyathane hemşirelerinin Revize Perioperatif Yeterlilik Ölçeğin'den 153,38±26,27 puan aldığı, hemşirelerin medeni durumuna, eğitim durumuna, mesleki deneyim süresine, ameliyathanede çalışma süresine, çalışma pozisyonuna, ameliyathane hemşireliği sertifikası olma durumuna göre ölçek puanları arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılık olduğu saptandı (p<0,05). Araştırma kapsamındaki hemşirelerin İletişim Becerileri Ölçeği-Yetişkin Formu'ndan 86,27±17,96 puan aldığı, meslekte çalışma süresine, ameliyathanede çalışma süresine göre ölçek puanları arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılık olduğu bulundu. (p<0,05). Ameliyathane hemşirelerinin 'Revize Algılanan Perioperatif Yeterlilik Ölçeği' ve 'İletişim Becerileri Ölçeği-Yetişkin Formu'ndan aldıkları puanlar arasında istatistiksel olarak pozitif yönde orta düzeyde anlamlı ilişki olduğu bulundu (p<0,05). Bu araştırma sonucunda ameliyathane hemşirelerinin algılanan yeterliliğin yüksek olduğu, iletişim becerilerinin yüksek olduğu, algılanan yeterlilik ve iletişim beceirleri arasında ilişki olduğu sonucuna ulaşıldı. The aim of this study was to determine the perceived competence and communication skills of operating room nurses. The sample of the descriptive and relationship-seeking study consisted of 220 nurses who had been working in the operating room for at least 6 months and volunteered to participate in the study. 'Nurse Identification Form', 'Revised Perceived Perioperative Competence Scale' and 'Communication Skills Scale-Adult Form', which were prepared by the researchers according to the literature, were used to obtain the data of the study. Data analysis of the research was done using SPSS 24 package program. In the statistical analysis of the research, descriptive statistics, t test for independent groups, One-way ANOVA test, Pearson Correlation analysis were applied. The significance level was taken as p<0.05 when interpreting the findings. The average age of the operating room nurses participating in the research is 31.54±6.93 years, their professional experience is 8.78±6.73 years, their average working time in the operating room is 6.50±5.65 years, 62.3% of them are female 50% It was found that 69.1% of them were married, 69.1% of them had license, 57.3% of them had income equal to their expenses, 21.8% of them had operating room nursing certificate. It was found that the operating room nurses got 153.38±26.27 points from the Revised Perioperative Competence Scale, and there was a statistically significant difference between the scale scores of the nurses according to their marital status, education level, professional experience, duration of work in the operating room, working position, and having an operating room nursing certificate. detected (p<0.05). It was found that the nurses within the scope of the study got 86.27±17.96 points from the Communication Skills Scale-Adult Form, and there was a statistically significant difference between the scale scores according to the duration of working in the profession and the duration of working in the operating room. It was found that there was a statistically positive and moderately significant correlation between the scores of the operating room nurses from the 'Revised Perceived Perioperative Competence Scale' and the 'Communication Skills Scale-Adult Form' (p<0.05). As a result of this research, it was concluded that the perceived competence of the operating room nurses is high, their communication skills are high, and there is a relationship between perceived competence and communication skills.
