Abstract
Bu araştırma; okul çalışanlarının örgütsel sessizlik ile örgütsel bağlılık düzeyleri arasındaki ilişkileri incelemek, okul çalışanlarının örgütsel sessizlik ve örgütsel bağlılık düzeylerinin demografik özelliklerine göre farklılık gösterip göstermediğini belirlemek amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Amaç doğrultusunda, veri toplama aracı olarak kişisel bilgi formu, örgütsel sessizlik ölçeği ve örgütsel bağlılık ölçeğinden oluşan anket formu kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın evreni olan 2013-2014 eğitim öğretim yılında, Kocaeli ili İzmit merkezde yer alan ortaöğretim kurumlarında görev yapan 198 okul çalışanına uygulanmıştır. Anketlerden elde edilen veriler bilgisayar ortamında SPSS 20.0 istatistik paket program aracılığıyla analiz edilmiştir. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde, tanımlayıcı istatistiksel yöntemlerin yanında, bağımsız örneklerde T testi, Tek Yönlü ANOVA, Kruskall Wallis H testi, Mann Whitney U testi, Korelasyon ve Regresyon analizlerinden faydalanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda; okul çalışanlarının orta düzeyde örgütsel bağlılığa, düşük düzeyde örgütsel sessizliğe sahip oldukları, okul çalışanlarının örgütsel sessizlik düzeyleri ile örgütsel bağlılık düzeyleri arasında istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı ilişkilerin olduğu saptanmıştır. Okul çalışanlarının demografik özelliklerine göre de örgütsel sessizlik ve örgütsel bağlılık düzeylerinde farklılaşmalar olduğu tespit edilmiştir. This research was practiced with the aim to analyze the relationship between the levels of organizational loyalty and organizational silence of school employees and to determine if the levels of organizational loyalty and organizational silence of school employees change according to their demographical characteristics. With this aim; the survey consisting of self- information form, the organizational silence scale and the organizational loyalty scale, target population of the study is of 2013-2014 school year, was practiced on 198 school employees working in secondary education institutions located in the city centre of Kocaeli, Izmit. The data's obtained from the surveys were analyzed on computer through the statistic packed programme, SPSS 20.0. Besides the descriptive statics; T Test, One- Way Anova, Kruskall Wallis, H Test, Mann Whitney U Test, Correlation and Regression analyses were used for the assessment of data's. As a result of the research, it was assigned that the school employees have medium-level organizational loyalty, low-level organizational silence and there is a statistically significant relationship between the levels of organizational silence and organizational loyalty of school employees. It was also assigned that there are differentiations about levels of organizational loyalty and organizational silence depending upon the demographical specifities of the school employees.
