Abstract
ÖZET Bu çalışma, tekstil fabrikasında çalışan işçilerin beslenme alışkanlıkları, antropometrik ölçümleri, fiziksel aktivite düzeyleri ve beslenme durumlarının belirlenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Çalışma 1 Aralık 2017 - 31 Ocak 2018 tarihleri arasında Tekirdağ ili Çorlu ilçesinde tekstil ürünleri üretimi yapan bir fabrikada çalışan 18 – 61 yaş arası (60) erkek, (90) kadın olmak üzere 150 işçi üzerinde yürütülmüştür. Araştırmada genel bilgiler, beslenme alışkanlıkları, antropometrik ölçümler, besin tüketimleri ve fiziksel aktivite durumları ile ilgili verilerin toplanması amacına yönelik olarak literatür bilgilerinden yararlanılarak araştırmacı tarafından oluşturulan anket formu uygulanmıştır. Bireylerin besin tüketim düzeyleri bir günlük besin tüketim kaydı ile belirlenmiştir. Çalışmaya katılan bireylerin % 60'ı kadın, % 40'ı erkek olup yaş ortalamaları ise 32,4±8,6 yıl olarak saptanmıştır. Bireylerin % 12,7'sinin öğün atladığı ve en fazla (% 30,7) atlanan öğünün sabah kahvaltısı olduğu belirlenmiştir. Beden Kütle İndekslerini incelediğimizde kadınların % 42,2'si normal, erkeklerin % 48,3'ü hafif şişman grubunda olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Çalışmaya katılan kadın işçilerin günlük diyetleri ile ortalama 1787,3±341,7 kkal, ise erkek işçilerin günlük 1952,4±337,3 kkal enerji tükettikleri saptanmış olup istatiksel olarak önemli bulunmuştur (p<0,05). Türkiye Beslenme Rehberine göre değerlendirildiğinde işçilerin günlük diyetlerinde ve işyerinde öğle öğününde tükettikleri enerjinin yetersiz olduğu belirlenmiştir. TÜBER önerileri ile karşılaştırıldığında; işçilerin kalsiyum, demir, çinko ve B12 vitaminlerini yetersiz tükettikleri tespit edilmiştir. Fiziksel aktivite düzeyleri (PAL) değerlendirildiğinde, % 62,2'si orta düzeyde aktif oldukları saptanmıştır. Sonuç olarak tekstil fabrikasında çalışan işçilerin işyerlerinde ve günlük diyetlerinde yeterli ve dengeli beslenemedikleri bulunmuştur. Bireylere sağlıklı yaşam tarzı ve beslenme alışkanlıkları kazandırarak yaşam kalitelerinin artması sağlanmalıdır. ABSTRACT EVALUATION OF NUTRITIONAL STATUS AND ENERGY PAYMENTS OF OPERATORS IN THE TEXTILE SECTOR This study was conducted to determine the nutritional habits, anthropometric measurements, physical activity levels and nutritional status of workers working in the textile factory. The study was carried out on 150 workers between the dates of December 1, 2017 and January 31, 2018, working in a factory producing textile products in the province of Çorlu, Tekirdag, between the ages of 18 and 61 (60) men and (90) women. A questionnaire form prepared by the researcher was applied for the purpose of collecting data about general information, nutritional habits, anthropometric measurements, nutrient consumption and physical activity status in the research. Individual food consumption levels were determined by one-day nutrition consumption record. 60% of the individuals participating in the study were female, 40% were male and their average age was 32.4 ± 8.6 years. It was determined that 12.7% of the individuals skipped meals and the morning meal was the most (30.7%) skipped meals. When we examined Body Mass Indexes, it was determined that 42.2% of the women were normal and 48.3% of the men were in the slightly obese group. 1787.3 ± 341.7 with an average daily diet of women workers participated in the study kcal is determined that the male workers of 1952.4 ± 337.3 kcal of energy consumed daily were statistically significant (p <0.05). In the daily diet of workers Nutrition in Turkey is evaluated and it was determined that insufficient work by the Guide of the energy they consume meals at lunch. Compared to the TUBER recommendation; workers were found to have inadequate calcium, iron, zinc and B12 vitamins. When physical activity levels (PAL) were assessed, 62.2% were moderately active. As a result, workers working in textile factories were found to be unable to feed adequately and balancedly in their workplaces and daily diets. Increasing the quality of life by providing healthy lifestyle and nutrition habits to individuals should be provided.
