Çin ekonomisinin gelişiminin incelenmesi ve Çin ekonomisinin Türk dış ticaretine başlıca etkileri

Abstract

Çin Halk Cumhuriyetinin sosyalist lideri Mao'nun 1976 yılında ölümünden sonra, Çin ekonomisinin yapısı değişime uğramıştır. Çin ekonomisini liberal sisteme uyumlaştırarak, küresel ekonomik sisteme dâhil olmuş ve ekonomik reformlar uygulayarak dışa açılmıştır. Bu gelişmelerin yanında Çin'in düşük maliyetli işgücüne sahip olması ve 2001 yılında DTÖ üyeliğine girmesi, artan doğrudan yabancı yatırımlar ve bu yatırımların ülkenin imalât yapısını değiştirmesi, Çin ekonomisinin gelişmesine ihracatının ise rekor düzeylere çıkmasına neden olmuştur. ÇHC son 30 yıldır sürdürdüğü istikrarlı ekonomik gelişim neticesinde dünyanın ikinci büyük ekonomisine sahip olmuştur. Küresel ekonomik sistemin dengelerini temelden etkileyen ÇHC aynı zamanda ekonomi büyüklüğü açısından küresel sistemde mevcut olan engelleri aşma noktasında ülkemiz açısından somut bir modeldir. Türkiye'nin ihracatını artırabilmesi için Çin'in izlediği yolu takip etmesi, uluslar arası pazarlarda Çin ile rekabet edecek stratejiler geliştirmesi ve gelişen BRICS ülkelerinden ithalatlarını azaltacak önlemler alması gerekmektedir. Bunun yanında, Türkiye bilim ve teknikte hızlı ilerlemeli, ucuz enerji teminine yönelik stratejiler geliştirmeli ve dış ticaretinde ithalata yönelik tedbirli olmalıdır.

After the death of Chinese's socialist leader Mao in 1976, the structure of Chinese economy has been altered. China, by according her economy to the liberal system has joined the global system, and opened to foreign countries by performing economic reforms. In addition to these developments, China; has lower costed labour force and WTO membership in 2001, getting increased the foreign direct investments and these investments has changed the manufacturing structure of China, have developed Chinese's economy and led to increase Chinese's export to the record level. The People's Republic of China has been the second biggest economy of the world thanks to stable economic growth over the last 30 years. The People's Republic of China has deeply affected the balance of the global economic system and also constitutes a concrete model for Turkey in the terms of economic supremacy at the point of surpassing the global drawbacks. Turkey, to expand her export volume, must follow same route which China has passed, improve strategies for the competition with China, and take measures for decreasing import volume from the thriving BRICS countries. Turkey must advance in science and technique swiftly, improve strategies for the cheaper energy and take precautions for the import value.
