Okul öncesi eğitime devam eden ve etmeyen 60-72 aylık çocukların değer algılarına ebeveyn tutumlarının etkisinin incelenmesi

Abstract

Bütün toplumlar varlıklarını devam ettirebilmek için geçmişten gelen milli değerleri ile toplumlarca kabul edilebilen evrensel değerleri yeni nesle aktarım yapmak istemektedirler. Eğitimin toplumsal sorumluluğunu ifade eden değerleri benimseyen bireyler yetiştirmek toplumun, okulun ve ailenin en önemli vazifelerinden biridir. Araştırmanın temel amacı okul öncesi eğitim kurumlarına devam eden ve etmeyen 60-72 aylık çocukların değer algılarına ebeveyn tutumlarının etkisinin incelenmesidir. Araştırmanın evrenini 2019-2020 yılında okul öncesi eğitim kurumlarına devam eden ve etmeyen 60-72 aylık çocuğa sahip 234 ebeveyn oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada demografik bilgileri toplamak için 'Kişisel Bilgi Formu', Çocukların değer algılarını ölçmek için ' Okul Öncesi Değer Ölçeği Aile Formu' ve ebeveyn tutumlarını ölçmek için ' Ebeveyn Tutum Ölçeği' kullanılmıştır. Araştırma verileri istatistiksel paket programı kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Verilerin analizinde, Bağımsız Gruplar t Testi, Tek yönlü Varyans Analizi (ANOVA) ve Pearson Korelasyon Analizi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda, ebeveyn tutumları ile değer algıları arasındaki ilişki incelendiğinde istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir farklılığın olduğu görülmüştür. Bu ilişkinin düşük düzeyde ve pozitif yönlü olduğu görülmüştür.Ebeveyn tutumlarındaki olumlu eğilimin değer algılarını da arttırdığı görülmektedir.

Societies want to transfer universal values from the past to the future in order to sustain themselves. Raising individuals who embrace the values that express the social responsibility of education is one of the most important duties of society, school and family. The main purpose of the study is to examine the effect of parental attitudes on the value perceptions of 60-72 month-old children who attend preschool education institutions and do not attend pre-school education institutions. The universe of the study consists of 234 parents with 60-72 month-old children who attend preschool education institutions and do not attend pre-school education institutions in 2019-2020. In the study, 'Personal Information Form' was used to collect demographic information, 'Preschool Value Scale Family Form' to measure the value levels of children, and 'Parental Attitude Scale' to measure parental attitudes. The collected research data was analyzed using a statistical package program. In the analysis of the data were used Independent Groups t Test, One-way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), Kruskal Wallis Test and Pearson Correlation Analysis. As a result of the study, it was seen that the value education of children who attended pre-school education was quite higher than children who did not attend pre-school education, and when the relationship between parental attitudes and perceptions of value was examined, it was seen that there was a statistically significant difference. This relationship was found to be low and positive.
