Abstract
Bu araştırmada, ilk ve ortaokul müdürlerinin iletişim yeterlikleri öğretmen algılarına göre belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemi 2013-2014 öğretim yılında İzmir kent merkezi dahilinde yer alan Gaziemir ve Menderes ilçelerinden seçilmiştir. İki ilçedeki 70 ilk ve ortaokulda 550 ölçme aracı uygulaması yapılmış, bu ölçme araçlarından 517 tanesi değerlendirilmiştir. Verilerin çözümlenmesinde Aritmetik Ortalama, Standart Sapma, t-Testi, Varyans Çözümlemesi (Anova) ve Scheffe Testi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada aşağıdaki bulgular elde edilmiştir: Öğretmenlerin, okul müdürlerinin iletişim yeterliklerine ilişkin algıları, genel olarak yetersiz düzeydedir. Okul müdürlerinin iletişim yeterliklerine ilişkin öğretmenlerin algıları, öğretmenlerin cinsiyetlerine ve öğretmenlerin görev yaptıkları okulun yerine göre anlamlı farklılık göstermekte olup, müdürün cinsiyetine, öğretmenlerin hizmet sürelerine, branşına, öğrenim düzeylerine ve iletişim ile ilgili kurs-seminer veya eğitim almalarına göre farklılık göstermemektedir.
In this study, the communicative efficiency of primary and secondary school administrators is tried to be determined according to the teachers' perception. The sample group of this survey is chosen from Gaziemir and Menderes -central districts of Izmir- in the academic year of 2013-2014. In 70 primary and secondary schools of the two districts, 550 measuring instruments were carried out, only 517 were evaluated. Arithmetical mean, standart deviation, t-test, variance analysis (Anova) and Scheffe test are used in analysing the data. In this survey the data below were found: According to the teachers' perception, the communicative efficiency of the school administators is generally unsufficient. The perception of the teachers' about the communicative efficiency of the school administators differs meaningfully according to the teachers sex and the location of the school that they work, however, it doesn't differ according to the adminstrators sex, the teachers' length of service, their branch, their educational level, the courses-seminars they have taken on communication.
