Abstract
Bu çalışma organizasyonlar için önemli bir dinamik olan örgütsel sapma davranışına ilişkin olarak geliştirilen Algılanan Örgütsel Sapma Davranışı Ölçeğinin Türkçe diline uyarlanması ile geçerlilik ve güvenilirlik analizlerinin yapılmasını amaçladı. Bu çerçevede ölçeğin Türkçe diline tercümesi gerçekleştirilmiş, Türkçe'ye çevrilen ölçek maddeleri uzman görüşüne sunulmuş ve nitel olarak incelenmeleri tamamlanan maddelerin geçerlilik ve güvenilirlik analizlerine geçilmiştir. İstatistiksel analizler çerçevesinde sağlık profesyonellerinden oluşan 215 katılımcıdan veriler toplanmış, elde edilen veriler açımlayıcı ve doğrulayıcı faktör analizine tabi tutulmuş, güvenilirlik analizleri gerçekleştirişmiş ve sonuç olarak örgütsel sapma ölçeğinin Türkçe dilinde geçerli ve güvenilir bir araç olduğu ortaya konmuştur. Ölçeğin ölçmeyi amaçladığı örgütsel sapma davranışını teorik çerçevesine uygun olarak iki faktör altında başarılı bir şekilde ölçtüğü belirlenmiştir. This study aimed to adapt the Perceived Organizational Deviance Behavior Scale, which was developed for organizational deviance, an essential dynamic for organizations, into Turkish and to analyze its validity and reliability. In this context, the scale translation into Turkish was carried out, the scale items translated into Turkish were submitted to expert opinion, and the validity and reliability analyses of the objects whose qualitative studies were completed were started. Within the framework of statistical analysis, data were collected from 215 health professionals, the data obtained were subjected to exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analyzes were carried out, and as a result, it was revealed that the organizational deviation scale is a valid and reliable tool in the Turkish language. Furthermore, it has been determined that the scale successfully measures the administrative deviation behavior it aims to measure under two factors by its theoretical framework.
