Abstract
Bu çalışmada Hemşirelere Güven Ölçeği'nin Türkçe'ye uyarlanması amaçlanmış, geçerlilik ve güvenilirlik analizleri yapılmıştır. Metodolojik bir araştırmadır. Araştırma 2022 yılının Ekim, Kasım ve Aralık aylarında gerçekleştirilmiştir. Veriler çevrimiçi ortamda toplanmıştır. Araştırmaya, son bir yılda en az bir kere sağlık hizmeti almış 18 yaşından büyük 183 kişi katılmıştır. Veri toplama aşamasında kişisel bilgi formu ve Hemşirelere Güven Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Veri analizinde IBM SPSS 23 ve IBM SPSS AMOS 23 programları kullanılmıştır. Dil ve kapsam geçerliği, yapı geçerliği ve güvenilirlik analizleri yapılmıştır. Katılımcıların yaşlarının 18 ila 68 arasında değiştiği, çoğunlukla kadın (%63,4), evli (%58,5) ve çalışan (%50,8) oldukları saptanmıştır. Elde edilen bulgular incelendiğinde, Hemşirelere Güven Ölçeği Türkçe formunun 11 ifadeden oluşan iki faktörlü yapısının genel olarak iyi uyum sağladığı görülmüştür.
This study aimed to adapt the Trust in Nurses Scale to Turkish, and validity and reliability analyzes were conducted. It is methodological research. The research was conducted in October, November and December 2022. Data were collected online. 183 people over the age of 18 who had received health services at least once in the previous year participated in the research. A personal information form and the Trust in Nurses Scale were used in the data collection. IBM SPSS 23 and IBM SPSS AMOS 23 programs were used in data analysis. Language and content validity, construct validity and reliability analyze were conducted. It was determined that the ages of the participants ranged from 18 to 68, and they were mostly female (63.4%), married (58.5%) and employed (50.8%). When the findings were examined, it was seen that the two-factor structure of the Trust in Nurses Scale Turkish form consisting of 11 statements generally provided a good fit.
