| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada, Türkiye'deki inşaat firmalarında uygulanan entegre yönetim sistemlerinden, ISO 9000 Kalite Yönetim Sistemi, ISO 14000 Çevre Yönetim Sistemi ve OHSAS 18000 İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği Yönetim Sistemleri ve bu sistemlerinin iş sağlığı ve güvenliği üzerindeki etkinliği ve etkililiği ele alınmıştır. Çalışma için örnek olarak seçilen inşaat firmaları ile birebir görüşülmüş, firma yetkililerine yöneltilen sorulardan elde edilen verilerle, sistemlerin işleyişi ve etkinliğinin yanı sıra, iş sağlığı ve güvenliği üzerindeki etkisi de belirlenmiştir. | |
| dc.description.abstract | This study examines ISO 9000 Quality Management System, ISO 14000 Environment Management System and OHSAS 18000 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems, which are the integrated management systems applied by construction companies in Turkey. The purpose of the study also involves to examine these systems' effectiveness on occupational health and safety. In order to analyze the systems mentioned; one-to-one interviews have been done with the authorised people at construction companies. The data which obtained from the answers, have been used both to determine the working process and effectiveness of the systems and also to assess the systems' influence on occupational health and safety. | en_US |
