Lojistik sektörü içerisinde lojistik köylerin yeri ve önemi

Abstract

Küreselleşen dünyada lojistik sektöründeki faaliyetlerin önündeki sınırlar kalkmış ve lojistik sektörü büyük bir gelişim kaydetmiştir. Lojistik sektörü içerisinde lojistik köylerin yeri ve önemini belirlemek bu çalışmanın temel amacını oluşturmaktadır. Bu amaçla çalışmada literatür taraması ve anket uygulaması yöntemlerinden bir arada faydalanılmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre lojistik köy maliyeti azaltması, karlılığı artırması ve müşteri ilişkilerini geliştirmesi sebebiyle önemli bir konumdadır. Bunun yanı sıra hedef pazarlara kolay ulaşım, yeni pazarlama alanları oluşturma, ihracatı artırma gibi konular da lojistik köyleri önemli konuma getirmektedir. Araştırmada lojistik köy algısının yaş, eğitim durumu, çalışılan sektör gibi değişkenlere göre değiştiği, ancak personelin unvanına göre değişmediği sonucuna varılmıştır. Yapılan araştırmanın İstanbul ili sınırlarında gerçekleşmesi ve 100 katılımcıdan ibaret olması, bu çalışmanın sınırlılıklarını meydana getirmektedir. The boundaries in front of the logistic has been started to disappeared with the increase of the sector in the New Age Global world. The basic goal of the study is to determine the importance and the place of logistics villages in the logistics sector. To reach this goal the literature review and questionnaire methodologies have both been used. According to the results the logistic villages have an important place for increasing the profits to develop the customer relations and decreasing the expenditures. Also the logistics villages let to reach the new markets easily, to have new marketing places and increase the exportation. The research showed that the village perception change by the education and the sector variables. The emploees' titles do not effect on the perception. The research has done in Istanbul and the questionnaire has been done in 100 attendees and these arena the limited ve de of the study.
