Abstract
İşten ayrılma niyeti yeni bir kavram değildir, birçok araştırmacı tarafından kapsamlı bir şekilde incelenmiştir. Bu çalışmada, çalışanların işyerinde mobbinge maruz kalmanın ayrılma niyetini etkileyip etkilemediğini incelenmiştir, ayrıca mobbingin yasası dünya çapında farkılı ülkelerde olarak odaklanmıştır. İrak'ta Mobbing bilinmeyen bir olgu olduğuna rağmen, ancak işyerinde belirgin bir şekilde yaygındır. İşyerinde mobbing psikolojik taciz anlmına gelir; dugusal baskı, tehdit, aşağılama, bazen fiziksel şiddet, hakaret ve agresif gibi olumsuz davranışlardır. Yöneticiler, amirler yada iş arkadaşlar tarafından devamlı ve sistemetik bir şekilde; işçilere, çalışanlara, yada danışmanlara, bazende müdüelere uygulanmaktadır, çalışanlar, örgütler hemde toplum üzerinde ciddi ve riskli sonuçları bulunmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın sonucunda, mobbing davranışları çalışanların işten ayrılma niyeti üzerinde belirgin bir etkisi olmadığı görülmektedir, etkisi bir düşük düzeyde olduğu tespit edilmektedir. Mobbing boyutlarından, Kişisel itibarı üzerindeki etkiler (Kİ) ve mesleki ve özel yaşama (MÖY) boyutların ortalaması değir boyutlardan daha yüksek olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır.
The intention to leave the job by employees is not a new concept; it has been extensively studied by several researchers. In this study, we focused on an important factor called 'mobbing at workplace' to examine whether or not exposure employees to mobbing at workplace affect intention to leave, as well as concentrated on the law of mobbing in various countries around the world. Despite the fact that the mobbing is an unknown phenomenon in Iraq, it is widespread in the working field prominently. Mobbing means psychological abuse at the workplace or sometimes physically abuse, exercised repeatedly and systematically upon workers, employees, subordinates even managers by colleagues or managers or supervisors during negative behaviors such as psychological pressure, threat, undermining, insulting, and aggressive. It has serious and severe consequences on employees, organizations, and society. In the result of this study, it was observed that there is no apparent influence in the practicing mobbing behavior upon employee's intention to leave the job, it found that the effect is low, and from the mobbing categories, the average of effects on personal reputation (PR), and the average of the occupational situation and private life (OS) turned out to be the higher effect on intention to leave than the average of other categories.
