Su bazlı boya işletmelerinde ERP programı ile maliyet hesaplaması

Abstract

Boya sektörü, çalışan sayısı ve ihracat rakamları ile ekonomimize katkısını artırmaya devam etmektedir. Bu tezde bu sektörün rekabet etmek, pazar payını arttırmak ama en önemlisi, firmaların faaliyetlerini sürdürebilmeleri için en önemli veri kaynağı olan maliyet hesaplamalarını nasıl yaptıkları gözlemlenmiş ve aktarılmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu tezde, öncelikle maliyet muhasebesi temel kavramları, maliyetin hangi türlere ayrıldığı, hangi yollarla maliyetlerin hesaplandığı, maliyet dağıtım yöntemleri; daha sonrasında boya, boya sektörü ve Türkiye'deki boya sektörü hakkında bilgiler aktarılmaktadır. Tezin sonunda, Türkiye'de bir işletmenin dönem sonlarında maliyet hesaplamalarını muhasebe programı aracılığı ile nasıl hesapladığı incelenmiş ve doğruluğu test edilmiştir.

Paint industry, continues to increase its contribution to our economy with the number of employees and export figures. In this thesis, this sector has been tried to compete and increase its market share, but most importantly, how firms perform the cost calculations which are the most important data source in order to sustain their activities. In this thesis, firstly the basic concepts of cost accounting, which types of cost are allocated, in which ways the costs are calculated, the cost distribution methods; later in the paint, the paint industry and the information about paint sector in Turkey. At the end of the thesis, it has been examined and tested for accuracy how to calculate the cost through the accounting program end of the period in an enterprise in Turkey.
