Abstract
Bu araştırmada özel sektörde insan kaynakları kadrosunda yer alan 20-45 yaş aralığında 400 personel ile çalışılarak narsisizm düzeyleri ile iş tatmini ve öz saygı arasındaki ilişkiler ele alınmıştır. Bu hedef doğrultusunda veri toplamak amacıyla Narsistik Kişilik Envanteri, Minnoseta İş Tatmin Ölçeği ve Rosenberg Benlik Saygısı Ölçeği uygulanmıştır. Çalışmadaki Narsistlik Kişilik Envanteri ve Minnesota İş Doyumu Ölçeği puanlarının ilişkisi incelendiğinde; alt boyutların tümünün birbiri ile istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı düzeyde negatif ilişkisi olduğu saptanmıştır. Rosenberg Benlik Saygısı Ölçeği ile Narsistlik Kişilik Envanteri puanlarının ilişkisi incelendiğinde; alt boyutların tümünün birbiri ile istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı düzeyde pozitif ilişkisi olduğu saptanmıştır. Artan rekabet koşullarında, insan kaynaklarının verimli kullanılması, performansın arttırılması ve örgütsel bağlılık ile iş doyumunun korunması önem kazanmaktadır. Bu bağlamda çalışmadan elde edilen bulguların, hem klinik hem de endüstriyel psikolojide faydalanılacak bir zemin hazırlayacağı düşünülmektedir.
In this research, the relationships between narcissism levels, job satisfaction and self-esteem were discussed by working with 400 personnel between the ages of 20-45 in the human resources staff in the private sector. In line with this goal, Narcissistic Personality Inventory, Minnoseta Job Satisfaction Scale and Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale were applied to collect data. When the relationship between the Narcissism Personality Inventory and Minnesota Job Satisfaction Scale scores in the study was examined; it was determined that all of the sub-dimensions had a statistically significant negative relationship with each other. When the relationship between Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale and Narcissism Personality Inventory scores was examined; it was determined that all of the sub-dimensions had a statistically significant positive relationship with each other. In the conditions of increasing competition, efficient use of human resources, increasing performance and maintaining organizational commitment and job satisfaction gain importance. In this context, it is thought that the findings obtained from the study will prepare a ground for use in both clinical and industrial psychology.
