KOBİ lerde finansal risk yönetimi ve Des Sanayi Sitesinde faaliyet gösteren işletmelere yönelik bir araştırma

Abstract

Bu çalışmada ekonomik hayatın en önemli aktörlerinden KOBİlerin karşı karşıya kaldıkları risklerin başında gelen finansal risklere karşı yaklaşımları irdelenmiştir. Bu amaçla gerçekleştirilen anket çalışmasına 49 işletme katılmıştır. İşletmelerin %85'i tüzel kişilik olarak, %15'i ise şahıs işletmesi olarak ankete katılmıştır. Ankete katılan firmalar, sadece döviz kuru etkisine karşı ticaretin milli para ile yapılmasının zor bir yöntem olduğu konusundan %60'a %40 gibi yakın oranlarda katılma ve katılmama şeklinde görüş bildirmiş; bunun dışında ankette değindiğimiz konularda nakit ihtiyacına karşılık kredi verenlerden fon sağlanmasının güvenilir olduğuna, nakit ihtiyacına karşılık kredi kullanmak yerine nakit havuzlarının ve nakit akışını dengelemenin daha düşük maliyetli ve kolay bir yöntem olduğuna, döviz kurundaki değişimin etkisinin farklı döviz kurları kullanarak dağıtılmasının kolay ve olumlu sonuç veren bir yöntem olduğuna, döviz kurunun etkisinden kaçınmak için döviz kredisi almanın türev ürünlerden daha kolay bir yöntem olduğuna ve türev ürünlerin karışık bir yapıya sahip olduğuna, faiz değişimlerinden etkilenmemek adına faiz sözleşmesi almanın veya faizden etkilenen varlıklara kısa vadede sahip olmanın doğru bir yöntem olduğuna, personel eğitiminin ve örgütsel düzenlemelerin personel kaynaklı sorunların önüne geçebileceğine ve aktif stok yönetimin emtia fiyatlarının değişiminin firmayı olumsuz etkilememesi adına yeterli olduğuna firma büyüklüğünden bağımsız olarak %90 ve üzeri oranlarda katıldı. Firmaların finansal risklere karşı, firma büyüklükleri birbirinden farklı olsa da aldıkları önlemler veya yaklaşımlarının eşdeğer olduğu görüyoruz.

This study examines the approach of the SMEs, the most important actors of the economical world, to the financial risks. In order to do so, a survey was conducted amongst SMEs. Forty-nine enterprises agreed to answer the questionnaire. Eighty-five percent of the enterprises were corporations and remaining 15% was personal companies. Sixty percent of the companies agreed that using domestic currency to avoid the risks emanating from the unsteady foreign exchange rates, however 40% stood aloof to the idea. SMEs tended to agree over 90% to the rest of the survey questions independent of the company size. The rest of the survey questioned approaches to the reliability of the credit companies for borrowing funds in the case of a cash need, convenience and cost effectiveness of using cash pools and balancing the cash flow compared to contracting a loan, convenience and effectiveness of using a basket of currencies to minimize the effects of changes in currency rates, easiness of contacting a foreign currency loan to avoid the currency exchange rate volatility instead of derivative products and that derivative products have a rather complicated formation, interest contracts or obtaining the assets that are impressible by the interest changes for a short term are effective ways in avoiding interest rate changes, training of the employees and organizational planning/coordination can aid in avoiding employee related problems, active stock management is sufficient to avoid getting negatively affected by the changes in goods' value. In conclusion, the companies tend to take similar precautions and employ similar approaches regardless of their size.
