Abstract
Anadolu Alevilerinin Yemek (Lokma) ve Müzik Kültürü İlişkisi adlı çalışmamız; giriş, ana bölüm, tez çalışmaları ve sonuçtan oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde beslenme ve yemek kavramları irdelenmiş, bir kültür malzemesi olan yemeğin Alevi inanç, ritüel ve edebi eserleri içindeki yerine değinilmektedir. Tezin ana bölümü beş başlık altında toplanmıştır. Birinci başlıkta yemek ve kültür ilişkisi, yemek sembolizmine de yer verilerek açıklanmaktadır. Ritüel kavramsal boyutuyla ikinci bir başlık olarak sunulmaktadır. Üçüncü başlıkla Anadolu Alevilerinin tarihi, göç yolları ve bünyesinde barındırdığı inançsal motifler irdelenmektedir. Bu bölümde eski din ve inançların Anadolu Alevi kültür ve inanç sistemi üzerindeki tesiri ele alınmaktadır. Dördüncü ve beşinci bölümlerde cem ve cem evi ekseninde müzik ve lokma ritüelleri incelenmektedir. Bu iki bölümde Anadolu Alevi müzikal eserlerindeki yemek sembolizmine örneklerle yer verilmektedir. Bu tez Hacı Bektaş Veli Velayetnamesi, Abdal Musa Velayetnamesi gibi eserlerin yanı sıra, Mehmet Fuat Köprülü, Bahaeddin Ögel, Ziya Gökalp gibi önemli Türkologların çalışmaları referans alınarak hazırlanmıştır. Konu inanç ve ritüel bağlamında, tarihsel veriler ışığında göç yolları dikkate alınarak, mevcut kültür kodları yemek ve müzik ilişkisi üzerinden incelenmiştir. The relationship between food and music culture of Anatolian Alevis; introduction, discussion, thesis work and results. In the introduction, the concepts of nutrition and food are examined as well as the importance of food which is possesses rich cultural material in Alevi belief, ritual and literary works. The main part of the thesis is divided into five chapters. In the first chapter, the relationship between food and culture and food symbolism is explained. The second chapter focuses on ritual conceptual dimension. The following chapter examines the history, migration routes and religious motifs of Anatolian Alevis. In this section, the influence of ancient religions and beliefs on Anatolian Alevi culture and belief system is discussed. In the final two chapters, music and loukoumades rituals are examined in the axis of Cem and the Cem house (cemevi). In these two chapters, examples of food symbolism in Anatolian Alevi musical works are given. This thesis was prepared with reference to the works of prominent Turkologists such as Mehmet Fuat Köprülü, Bahaeddin Ögel, Ziya Gökalp, as well as works such as Hacı Bektaş Veli Velayetnamesi and Abdal Musa Velayetnamesi. In the context of belief and ritual, the subject is examined through the relationship between food and music in light of historical data.
