Bilgi ve belge yönetiminin entelektüel sermaye gelişimine etkisi Türk bankacılık sektöründe bir uygulama

Abstract

İnsanlığın varoluşundan beri varlığını sürdüren Bilgi kavramı farkındalığı arttırmak için her zaman önemli olmuştur. Önceleri makineleşmeyle sağlanan işletme performans artışı günümüzde yerini Entellektüel Sermaye'ye bırakmıştır. Bilgi ve belgenin doğru yönetilmesiyle değeri daha da artan Entellektüel Sermaye artık yoğun rekabet ortamında farkındalığını ortaya çıkarmıştır. İşletmeler içerisinde özellikle Bankacılık sektörü daha yoğun rekabet ve dinamik alan olduğu için bu sektörün Entellektüel Sermaye'ye verdiği önem daha fazladır. Çalışmanın amacı, küreselleşme ve gelişen teknolojiler ile ekonomide maddi olmayan unsurların güçlenmeye başlamıştır. İşletmeler böyle bir ortamda farkındalığını ortaya çıkarmak ve piyasadaki güçlerini arttırmak için bilgi ve belge yönetimine önem verip, Entelektüel Sermaye'nin Banka Performansına etkisini artıcağını ortaya koymaktır.

The concept of Knowledge, which has existed since the existence of humanity, has always been important to increase awareness. The increase in business performance, which was previously provided by mechanization, has now left its place to Intellectual Capital. Intellectual Capital, whose value has increased even more with the correct management of information and documents, has now revealed its awareness in an intensely competitive environment. Since the banking sector is a more intense competition and dynamic area among enterprises, the importance given to Intellectual Capital by this sector is higher. The aim of the study is to examine the effects of globalization and developing technologies and intangible elements in the economy started to get stronger. In such an environment, businesses attach importance to information and document management in order to raise their awareness and increase their power in the market, and to demonstrate that the effect of Intellectual Capital on Bank Performance will increase.
