Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı, ilkokul ve ortaokul yönetici ve öğretmenlerinin örgütsel sosyalleşme düzeylerine ilişkin görüşlerinin belirlenmesidir. Ayrıca, sosyalleşme düzeylerinin cinsiyet, branş, okul kademesi, görev türü ve kıdem değişkenlerine göre farklılık gösterip göstermediğini belirlemektir. Araştırma betimsel tarama modelinde tasarlanmıştır. Çalışmanın evrenini, 2013–2014 öğretim yılında İzmir ilinde bulunan 1.207 resmi ilköğretim okulundaki 23.881 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklemini Karşıyaka, Menemen ve Bornova ilçelerindeki ilkokul ve ortaokullarda görev yapan ve tesadüfi yolla seçilen 489 katılımcı (yönetici ve öğretmen) oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın veri toplama aracı iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde; araştırmaya katılan okul yönetici ve öğretmenlerine ilişkin kişisel bilgiler; ikinci bölümde; Erdoğan tarafından geliştirilen 'Örgütsel Sosyalleşme Ölçeği' kullanılmıştır. Veriler, SPSS for Windows 19,0 bilgisayar programı kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Verilerin analizinde grupların dağılımına göre t-testi, tek yönlü varyans analizi (ANOVA) ve Post-hoc Dunnett's T3 analizi ve parametrik varsayımların karşılanmadığı durumlarda Kruskal Wallis-H testi teknikleri kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın bulgularına göre, ilkokul ve ortaokul yönetici ve öğretmenlerinin örgütsel sosyalleşme düzeyleri incelendiğinde mesleki yeterliliğe ilişkin sosyalleşme düzeylerinin daha yüksek oranda algılandığı görülmüştür. Alt problemlere ilişkin boyutların dağılımları incelendiğinde; cinsiyet değişkeninde anlamlı farklılık tespit edilmemişken, branş değişkeninde politika boyutunda, okul türü değişkeninde mesleki yeterlilik boyutunda, görev değişkeninde meslek yeterlilik, örgüt dili ve tarihi, amaç ve değerler ile politika boyutlarında, kıdem değişkeninde mesleki yeterlilik, kişiler arası ilişkiler, örgüt dili ve tarihi, amaç ve değerler ile politika boyutlarında anlamlı farklılıklar görüldüğü tespit edilmiştir. The aim of this study is to determine the primary and secondary school principals and teachers' opinions regarding the level of organizational socialization. Furthermore, the task is to determine whether their socialization levels differ according to gender, branch, school level, task type and seniority variables. The research has been designed as descriptive survey method. 23.881 teachers from1.207 public elementary schools in Izmir province in the 2013-2014 academic year constitute the universe of the study. 489 participants (administrators and teachers) working in primary and secondary schools in Karşıyaka, Menemen and Bornova districts and selected randomly constitute the sample of the study. The data collection tool of the research consists of two parts. In the first part; personal information relating to the school administrators and teachers who participated in the research, in the second part; 'Organizational Socialization Scale' developed by Erdoğan has been used. Data were analyzed using SPSS for Windows 19.0 software. According to the distribution of the group to analyze the data, t-test, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), Post-hoc Dunnett's T3 analysis have been used and Kruskal Wallis H-test techniques have been used in case of parametric assumptions have not been met. According to the findings of the research, when organizational socialization levels of the primary and secondary school principals and teachers have been examined, it has been found that the levels of socialization related to professional competence have been perceived at the higher level. When the distributions of sizes related the sub-problems have been examined; no significant difference has been detected at gender variable; but significant differences have been detected in branch variable at the policy dimension, in school type variable at the professional competence dimension, in task variable at the professional competence, organization language and history, purpose, values and policy dimensions, in seniority variable at the professional competence, interpersonal relationships, organization language and history, purpose and values dimensions.
