Bosna-Hersek'in Avrupa Birliği üyeliğinin Balkanların güvenliğine etkisi

Abstract

Soğuk Savaş'ın sona ermesi ile birlikte meydana gelen olaylardan Balkan Bölgesi ve Avrupa coğrafyası birçok açıdan etkilenmiştir. Balkanlarda ortaya çıkan çatışmalar kanlı savaşlara yol açmıştır. Nihayetinde birçok yeni devlet kurulmuştur. Bu durum Avrupa Birliği'nin bölgeye yönelik politikalarında değişime gitmesine neden olmuştur. Avrupa Birliği'nin en büyük gücü olan genişleme politikası bu süreçte devreye girmiştir. Farklı tarihlerde bazı Balkan Devletleri bu büyük yapılanmanın parçası haline gelmiştir. Yugoslavya'nın dağılması sonucunda Avrupa Birliği entegrasyon vetiresinde olan Batı Balkan Devletlerinde de değişim-dönüşüm gerçekleşmiştir. Çalışmada Bosna-Hersek'in Avrupa entegrasyon süreci incelenmiştir. Avrupa Birliği yolunda Bosna-Hersek'in olumsuzluklarına değinilmiştir. Bosna-Hersek'in muhtemel Avrupa Birliği üyeliğinin karşılıklı oluşturabileceği yararlardan bahsedilmiştir. Bu durumun Balkanların güvenliğine yapacağı etki analiz edilip açıklanmaktadır. The Balkan region and the European geography has been affected in many aspects of the consequences arisen from the end of the Cold War. Conflicts which emerged in the Balkans led to bloody wars. Ultimately many new states were established. This situation led to changes in the politics of the Eurpoean Union towards the area. Expansion which is the greatest power of the European Union became a part of the process at this period. Some Balkan States became a part of this large organisation at different times. Change-transformation occured in the West Balkan states, who were on the European Union Integration process on the aftermath of the collapse of Yugoslavia. The integration process of Bosnia and Herzegovina has been examined in this study. Negations of Bosnia and Herzagovina on the way to the European Union was dealt with. The mutual benefits of a possible membership of Bosnia and Herzagovina in the European Union has been mentioned.
