Kat karşılığı inşaat işletmelerinde maliyet muhasebesi ve uygulamaları

Abstract

Tüm dünya ülkelerinde olduğu gibi, Türkiye ekonomisi içinde önemli bir yere sahip olan inşaat sektörü, istihdam olanağının büyüklüğü, diğer sektörlerle girdi çıktı ilişkisi içinde olması gibi birçok nedenden ötürü Türkiye ekonomisinin lokomotif sektörü sayılmaktadır. İnşaat sektörüne yapılan yatırımlar ülke kalkınmasında önemlidir. Çünkü inşaat sektörü büyük oranda istihdam olanağına sahiptir. Konut, yol, baraj, liman köprü, kentsel mekân, fabrika, hastane ve diğer tüm yaşamsal mekânların ilk adımı 'inşaat' ile atılmaktadır. Bu yapılara doğrudan veya dolaylı olarak girdi üreten tüm sanayi kuruluşlarını kapsayan çok geniş bir sektör olan inşaat sektörü, bu sektör bireylerin en hayati ihtiyaçlarından biri olan konut sorununa cevap vermesi yönünden de büyük önem taşımaktadır. Bu bilgilere dayanarak çalışmamızda, öncelikle geniş bir kaynak taraması yapılmış ve ardından Türkiye'de inşaat sektörü ile ilgili belirli aralıklarla yayınlanan raporlar incelenerek ülkemizde sektörün kat karşılığı inşaat işlerinde maliyet muhasebesi ile ilişkisi ele alınmıştır. Yapılan araştırmalarla ve mevcut bilgileri ışığında sektörün tanımı detaylandırılarak açıklanmıştır. Bunun yanısıra sektörün çeşitlerine, unsurlarına, maliyet ile ilişkisine, kat karşılığı inşaat işlerinin tanımına, kat karşılığı inşaat sözleşmesine değinilmiştir. Construction business, which has an important place in Turkey's economy like in all countries in the World, is the leading business industry in Turkey. Because of the huge size of employment opportunities and the input-output relationship with other sectors, Investment in the construction sector has become the most important in the country's development. Housing, roads, dams, Harbors, Bridges, urban spaces, factories, hospitals and other vital structures starts with the 'Construction Business'. Besides, the construction business is a very large industry covering all industrial establishments producing these structures directly or indirectly. In addition to this construction industry also very crucial for the human basic need of housing problems. Our work based on this information, first of all, an extensive literature research was conducted for this study. Besides that, the reports published at regular intervals in Turkey related with the construction industry were examined. As a result of these study, the relationship between cost accounting and the floor based construction business were examined. Besides that, the definition of the industry and the available information about the research results are explained in details. In addition, the sector types, industry elements, the relationship with costing parameters, definition of floor based construction business, and the construction agreements also explained in the study.
