Abstract
Çalışma verileri değerlendirilirken tanımlayıcı istatistiksel metotların (Ortalama, Standart Sapma, Medyan, Frekans, Oran, Minimum, Maksimum), Student t testi, One-Way Anova testi ,Mann Whitney U testi, Kruskall Wallis testi kullanılmıştır. The Mann Whitney U test was used for the comparison of two groups of quantitative data that did not show normal distribution and Kruskall Wallis test was used for the comparison of three and more groups. Significance was evaluated at p <, 001 and p <. 005 levels. In our study, the Pittsburgh Insomnia Rating score ranged from 4 to 60 points and it was calculated that the health workers' had an average 32.49 ± 12.1 score in Pitttsburgh. It was statistically significant that pittsburgh insomni rating score was higher than those who thought that night shifts made life difficult (p = 0.025; p <0.05).
