Cloud computing is one of the most widespread and sophisticated technologies in business in the last decade. IT hardware and software programs are provided to service companies to use them from any location in any time. Benefits and challenges of cloud computing technology play a role on structure, total cost, ease of access, security, marketing process and innovation in the service companies in Jordan. Company size is considered to be as moderator to the effect of cloud system on these affected factors. Our research aims to explore and analyze the effect of cloud computing technology on the service companies in Jordan. The research used the quantitative and qualitative methods. The researcher distributed questionnaires to CEO Managers and IT Managers in the Jordanian service companies from various sectors; education, banking, stock financial and others. A (206) questionnaires were collected and analyzed by SPSS-Amos for statistical results. Furthermore, an eight semi-structured interviews were conducted with CEO and IT managers from cloud's provider companies and different sectors and sizes in the service business in Jordan. The research assessed the perception, benefits and challenges of cloud computing on the Jordanian service companies, in addition to identify degree of moderator the company size with cloud computing on the affected factors in the service companies in Jordan. The research introduced new model and hypotheses to show the effect of cloud computing with moderator company size on the service companies in Jordan. Findings and results of the research reveal that perception, benefits and challenges of cloud computing affect on the affected factors with moderator company size in the service companies. The research recommends that cloud computing technology is suitable and useful for service companies in Jordan to improve its performance.
