Abstract
Günümüzde işletmeler tarafından yaratılan nakit akışlarının ve bununla ilgili bilginin finansal kullanıcıları için büyük önemi bulunmaktadır. İşletmenin mevcut durumunun hem geçmiş dönemlerle hem de geleceğe yönelik sağlıklı kararlar alınabilmesi için nakit akış bilgilerinin sistematik olarak raporlanması ve analiz ederek yorumlanması gerekir. Uluslararası Finansal Raporlama Standartları(UFRS), işletmenin bilanço ve gelir tablosunun yanında nakit akış tablosunun da yayınlanmasını zorunlu hale getirmiştir. Nakit akış tabloları finansal tablo tam seti içerinde yerini bulmuştur. TMS 7 Nakit Akış Tabloları Standardı, tablonun amacı, genel akışı, nakit akışlarının sınıflandırılması ve bu tablonun düzenlenmesine ilişkin esasları düzenlemektedir. Nakit akış tablolarının beklenen faydayı temin edebilmesi için farklı yöntem ve uygulamaların iyi bilinmesi gereklidir. TMS 7'de işletmelerin faaliyetleri toplamda üç farklı başlığın altında sınıflandırılır. Bu sınıflandırmalar, işletme faaliyetleri, yatırım faaliyetleri ve finansman faaliyetleridir. Standartta amaç, işletme, yatırım ve finansmana ilişkin faaliyetlerden dönem içerisinde elde edilmiş olan nakit akışlarına belirli bir sınıflandırma yaparak, işletmede nakit ya da nakit benzeri biçiminde meydana gelen değişiklikleri ortaya çıkarmaktır. Bu çalışmanın amacı nakit akış bilgilerinin doğru, sistematik, karşılaştırabilir, tutarlı olarak raporlanması ve bu bilgilerin gelecekte alınacak kararlar için uyulacak esasları ve konuyla ilgili nakit akış tablosunun genel hatları ile nakit tablosunun tanımı, hazırlanma amaçları, faydaları, diğer mali tablolar ile ilişkisi üzerinde Muhasebe Sistemi Uygulama Genel Tebliğine ve TMS 7 Nakit Akış Tablosu, nakit akış tablosunu oluşturan nakit kaynakları ve kullanım yerleri, raporlama esasları ve gerekli düzenlemeler incelenmiştir analizi üzerinde durulmuştur.

IAS 7 Statement of Cash Flows Standard, the purpose of the table, the general flow, the classification of cash flow and regulates the guidelines for the regulation of these financial statements. different methods and practices to be able to provide the expected benefits of the cash flow statement is to be well known. IAS 7, one of the operational activities, is divided into three titles. These activities include investment and financing activities. The purpose of the standard is to determine the classification of cash flows, cash and cash equivalents arising from the activities, investments and financing activities gained during the period. The aim of this study is accurate cash flow information is systematic, comparable, reporting on a consistent basis and this information is to be followed for decisions to be taken in the future principles and definition of cash table with the general line of the cash flow statement on the issue, preparation purposes, benefits, Accounting System on the relationship with the other financial statements practice General communique and IAS 7 Statement of Cash Flows, cash resources and applications that make up the cash flow statement, reporting principles and arrangements were focused on the analysis wereexamined
