Abstract
Bu incelemede metal sektöründeki bir organizasyonun risk değerlendirmesinin yapılması ile ona uygun değerleme metodunun seçilip organizasyondaki işgörenlerin, güvenli iş ortamında yüksek motivasyon ve moral düzeyi ile çalışması istenmiştir. Motivasyon düzeyinin yükselmesiyle işletmenin üretiminin veriminin artması hedeflenmektedir. Gerçekleştirilen incelemede risk değerlendirme matris yönteminden yararlanılmış, firmada saha gezileri yapılarak yüksek risk taşıyan süreçler belirlenmiş olup bu süreçler için risk değerlendirmesi yapılmıştır. Risk değerlendirmesi neticesi doğrultusunda işletmede karşılaşılabilecek en büyük tehlikeler saptanmaya çalışılmıştır. Anahtar Kelimeler: İş Güvenliği, İş Sağlığı, Risk Değerlendirme
In this study, it is desired to conduct risk assessment in a business operating in the metal industry and to ensure that employees who are operating by selecting the appropriate valuation method are given high morale and motivation work in a safe environment. With this increased motivation, the company aims to produce more efficiently. Risk assessment matrix method was used in the study, field trips were arranged in the firm and high risk processes were determined and risk assessment was made for these determined processes.
