Tıbbi cihazlara bağlı basınç yaralanmasına ilişkin tutum anketi'nin türkçe'ye uyarlanması, geçerlik ve güvenirliğin incelenmesi
Abstract
Purpose: The research was conducted as a methodological study in order to adapt the Attitude Questionnaire towards Pressure Injury Due to Medical Devices into Turkish and to examine its validity and reliability. Method: The universe of the methodological study consisted of 183 nurses working as nurses in the intensive care, internal and surgical services of the Health Sciences University Ümraniye Training and Research Hospital located in the Anatolian side of Istanbul. Research data were collected by the researcher using the Nurse Identification Form and the Nurses' Attitude Questionnaire towards Pressure Injury Due to Medical Devices. Descriptive statistics, Confirmatory Factor Analysis, descriptive factor analysis, Item Total Score Correlation and Scale Response Bias tests were used to evaluate the research data. Analysis of the data was evaluated using SPSS 24.0 program and AMOS package programs. Results: As a result of the analysis, the questionnaire was divided into two sub-dimensions, and the total variance explained was 75.153%. Scale sub-dimension Cronbach's Alpha coefficients are the first factor; 'Prevention' α= 0.754 second factor; 'Maintenance' was found to be α= 0.813. As a result of the item analysis, the item sub-dimension score correlations of the items were found to be between 0.60-0.82 in the prevention sub-dimension, and between 0.75-0.85 in the care. Scale confirmatory factor analysis fit indices were examined and it was determined that x2 /df, CFI, NFI, NNFI indices were acceptable. Conclusion: It was determined that the Turkish form of the Attitude Questionnaire Regarding Pressure Injury Due to Medical Devices is a valid and reliable questionnaire for Turkish society.
