Abstract
Sağlıklı olmak bir açıdan huzurlu olarak ölmek demektir. İnsanlar sağlıkları sayesinde bulundukları çevreye uyum sağlayabilirler ve yaşamlarını sürdürebilirler. Dolayısıyla sağlık hizmetleri insan sağlığının korunup geliştirilmesi için gerekli bileşenlerden sadece bir tanesi olup, oldukça önemli bir role sahiptir. Sağlıklı olma isteği insanlarda arayışların oluşmasına neden olmuştur. Arayış biçimleri toplumların özelliklerine göre farklılık göstermektedir. Tedavi biçimleri de bu farklılıklar çerçevesinde değişmektedir. Bu tezde; sağlık hizmeti kullanımında etkisi olan faktörlere ilişkin durumların belirlenmesi amaçlanmış ve bu sonuçların, Ülkemizde, sağlık hizmeti kullanım kültürünü anlamamızda yarar sağlaması ümit edilmiştir. 2014 Yılı Ocak Ayında, Mersin Devlet Hastanesi, Mersin Üniversitesi Hastanesi ve Özel Forum Yaşam Hastanesi'nde bulunan 199 hastaya, 3 bölüm halinde toplam 49 sorudan oluşan anket uygulaması yapılmıştır. Araştırmaya katılan hastalardan, kadınların (%50,8), yaşları 31-40 arası olanların (%34,7), evlilerin (%73,4), üniversite mezunlarının (%25,1), gelir durumları aylık 3251 TL ve üzeri olanların (%29,1), memurların (%28,6), sosyal güvencesi SGK kapsamında olanların %94,5 oranında katılım gösterdikleri, Hastaların doktor dışında, doğal tedavi de denilen, geleneksel iyileştiricilere (Şifalı otlar, koca karı ilaçları v.d.) başvurmadıkları, dini inanç ve uygulamalarının hastaların ruh sağlıklarına olumlu katkıda bulunduğu görülmüştür. Sağlık hizmeti kullanım kültürünün oluşmasında, hizmet sunumunun etkisinin yüksek düzeyde olması nedeni ile sağlık çalışanlarının eğitimlerine önem verilmelidir. Bu amaçla sağlık hizmeti kullanım kültürünü arttırıcı etkisi olan sağlık hizmetlerinin sunum kalitesi konusunda sağlık çalışanlarının eğitimlerinin arttırılması gerekmektedir. Being healthy means dying from an angle as peaceful. People can adapt to their environment due to health and can survive. Therefore, health care components necessary for the maintenance and improvement of human health is only one of the very important role. In healthy people, the desire has led to the formation of the quest. Seeking formats vary according to the characteristics of the society. Forms of treatment in accordance with this difference varies. In this thesis; we purposed to identify the cases connected to factors that influence the use of health services and hope that these conclusions will provide us with benefit to understand the culture of health service utilization in our Country. In January of 2014, 199 patients at Mersin State Hospital, Mersin University Hospital and Forum Yaşam Private Hospital were surveyed by a questionnaire that consisted of 3 parts and a total of 49 questions. From among patients participating in the study, (50.8%) of women, (34.7%) of individuals whose aged between 31 - 40, (73.4%) of married individuals, (25.1%) of college graduates, (29.1%) of people whose monthly income was 3251 TL and above, (28.6%) of civil servants and 94.5% of people who were covered by Social Security, SGK demonstrated participation in the questionnaire, The survey revealed that patients, in addition to doctors, did not approach traditional healers, also called natural treatment, (medicinal herbs, simple folk remedies, etc.) and that religious beliefs and practices had positive contribute to the mental health of the patients. Due to the fact that delivery of the services has a high level of effect on the formation of health service, importance should be placed on the training of healthcare workers. To this end, trainings of health workers need to be improved on the matter of quality of delivery of health services which has enhancing effect on health service utilization culture.
