Abstract
Bu araştırma, laparoskopik kolesistektomi ameliyatı olan hastaların eğitim gereksinimlerinin belirlenmesi amacıyla tanımlayıcı ve kesitsel türde yapıldı. Araştırmanın evrenini Silivri Devlet Hastanesinde genel cerrahi kliniğinde ameliyat olmuş hastalar, örneklemini ise genel cerrahi servisinde 01.06.2019– 29.11.2019 tarihleri arasında laparoskopik kolesistektomi ameliyatı olan bilinci açık, konuşma engeli bulunmayan, araştırmaya katılmaya gönüllü kolitiazis tanısı almış 150 hasta oluşturmuştur. Araştırmanın verileri litaretüre göre hazırlanan hasta veri toplama formu kullanılarak yüz yüze görüşme tekniği kullanılarak toplandı. Araştırma verilerinin istatistiksel analizleri R Core Team 2013 programı ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma verilerinin değerlendirilmesinde sayı, yüzde, ortalama, standart sapma, bağımsız gruplar t testi, Mann-Whitney U testi, tek yönlü varyans analizi, Kruskal-Wallis testi, anlamlılık gözlenmesi durumunda Dunn-Bonferroni posthoc test kullanıldı. Nicel değişkenler arasındaki ilişki düzeyinin belirlenmesinde Pearson korelasyon analizi kullanıldı. Nitel değişkenler arası karşılaştırmada Pearson ki-kare test, Fisher-Freeman-Halton exact test ve Fisher's exact test kullanıldı. Araştırmaya katılan hastaların %60'ının kadın, %29,3'ünün lise mezunu, %84'ünün evli olduğu, %40,7'sinin çalıştığı, % 42'isinin sigara kullandığı ve %0,7'sinin alkol kullandığı, %35,3'ünün önce cerrahi girişim geçirdiği bulunmuştur. Hastaların %90'ının ameliyat öncesi yapması gereken hazırlıkları bildiğini, %84'ünün ameliyat sonrasında yemek için izin verilen yiyecekler hakkında bilgi sahibi olduğu, %45,3'ünün ameliyat sonrasında pansumanları hakkında bilgi sahibi olduğu, %39,7'sinin ameliyat sonrası ağrıyı giderme yöntemlerini bildikleri, %32'sinin günlük yaşama dönme süreleri ve yara enfeksiyonunun belirti ve bulguları hakkında bilgi sahibi olduğu ve %34'ünün kontrol sürelerini bildikleri bulundu. Araştırma sonucunda laparoskopik kolesistektomi ameliyatı olan hastaların eğitim gereksinimlerinin bulunmuş olup ve gereksinimlerinin değerlendirilmesi önerilmektedir.
This study was conducted in descriptive and cross-sectional type in order to determine the educational requirements of patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy. The population of the study consisted of patients who had surgery at the Silivri State Hospital and the sample of the study consisted of 150 patients who had laparoscopic cholecystectomy surgery, being conscious, having no speech impaired and volunteers diagnosed with colitis in the general surgery department between the dates of 01.06.2019–29.11.2019. The data of the study was collected by using the patient data collection form which was prepared according to the literature. Statistical analysis of the research data was performed with R Core Team 2013.In the evaluation of the research data, number,percentage,average,standard deviation,Shapiro-Wilk test for normality distribution, independent groups t test in paired groups,Mann-Whitney U test, for more than two groups one way analysis of variance,Kruskal-Wallis test,Dunn-Bonferroni post-hoc test in case of significance observation were used. It was obtained that %60 of the patients were female, %29.3 of the patients were high school graduates, %84 of the patients married, %40.7 of patients employed, %42 of the patients were smokers , %0.7 of the patients used alcohol and %35.3 of the patients had surgical intervention previously. It was found that 90% of the patients knew about pre-operative preparations, %84 of the patients had knowledge about permitted foods after surgery, %45,3 of the patients had knowledge about postoperative medical dressing, %39,7 of the patients knew the ways of how to stop postoperative pains, %32 of the patients had knowledge about the time of returning to daily life and signs and symptoms of wound infection and %34 of the patients knew the control time. As a result of the study, it is recommended that the patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy have educational needs and these needs should be evaluated.
