Çağdaş okul yönetiminde eğitimciler arasındaki çatışmanın iletişime etkisi (Bursa örneği)

Abstract

Eğitimcilerde iletişim sorunları ve çatışma çözme yöntemleri kavramı ülkemiz eğitim bilimleri literatüründe görece yeni bir olgudur. Söz konusu kavramın iletişim, çatışma ve benzeri kavramlarla ilişkisi üzerine literatürde çeşitli çalışmalar bulunmaktadır. Buna rağmen iletişim ve çatışma ile eğitimcilerde gereken çatışma çözme düzeyi arasındaki ilişkiye dair çok az yayın bulunmaktadır. Bu çalışma, ülkemiz eğitim bilimleri literatüründe bu anlamda yapılan çalışmalardan biri olarak literatüre katkı sağlamayı hedeflemektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, eğitimcilerde yaşanan çatışmaların iletişim düzeyi üzerinde etkili bir unsur olup olmadığını belirlemektir. Bu amaçla ilk olarak iletişim, çatışma, çatışma yönetimi ve eğitim kurumlarında çatışma kavramlarıyla ilgili detaylı bir literatür taraması yapılmıştır. Daha sonra literatür çalışması sonucunda elde edilen bulgulara dayalı olarak çatışma ve iletişim düzeyi arasında güçlü bir ilişki olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
