Abstract
Bu çalışma genç Softbol Oyuncularında Core Stabilizasyon Ve Propriosepsiyon Egzersizlerinin Endurans, Denge Ve Propriosepsiyona Etkisini incelemek amacıyla yapılmıştır.Çalışmaya yaş ortalaması 13 olan; 21 deney, 20 kontrol olmak üzere 41 sporcu dahil edildi. Sporculara 8 hafta, haftada 2 gün, günde 30 dakika core ve propriosepsiyon egzersizleri uygulandı. Denge değerlendirmesi; flamingo testi ve Y balance denge testi ile değerlendirildi. Endurans değerlendirmesi; statik fleksör enduransı testi, statik ekstansör enduransı testi ve 30 sn. mekik testi ile değerlendirildi. Propriosepsiyon değerlendirmesi ise gözler kapalı kinematik açı reprodüksiyon testi ile ölçüldü. Core ve propriosepsiyon egzersizlerinin denge, enduransı ve propriosepsiyon parametrelerinde anlamlı düzeyde artış gösterdiği görüldü (p<0,05).Sonuç: Sonuç olarak antrenman programına ek olarak uygulanan core ve propriosepsiyon egzersizlerinin endurans, denge ve propriosepsiyon değerlerini iyileştirmede kullanılabileceği düşünülmüştür.
This study was conducted to investigate the effects of core stabilization and proprioception exercises on endurance, balance and proprioception in young softball players.Forty-one athletes (21 experimental and 20 control) with an average age of 13 years were included in the study. Core and proprioception exercises were performed for 8 weeks, 2 days a week, 30 minutes a day. Balance assessment was evaluated by flamingo test and Y balance balance test. Endurance was evaluated by static flexor endurance test, static extensor endurance test and 30 s sit-up test. Proprioception assessment was measured with eyes closed kinematic angle reproduction test. Core and proprioception exercises significantly increased balance, endurance and proprioception parameters (p<0.05). Conclusion: As a result, it was concluded that core and proprioception exercises applied in addition to the training program can be used to improve endurance, balance and proprioception values.
