Abstract
Günümüzün başlıca sorunlarından bir tanesi konumunda olan stres ve stresin iş yaşamına olan etkileri, kişiler üzerinde ciddi sorunlara sebebiyet vermekte bu istenmeyen ve baskı yaratan durumdan kurtulmak istemektedir. Çalışmanın amacı stresin kavramsal çerçevesinin oluşturulması, eğitim kurumlarında görev yapan yöneticilerde örgütsel stres kaynaklarının ele alınması, stresin sonuçları ve çözüm yollarının açıklanmasının yanında ilkokul ve ortaokullarda görev yapan yöneticilerin örgütsel stres kaynakları ve çözüm yollarının ortaya koyulmasıdır.Bu araştırma ilkokul ve ortaokullarda görev yapan yöneticilerin görüşlerine dayalı olarak, Örgütsel Stres Kaynakları ve Çözüm Yollarının yöneticinin cinsiyetine, medeni duruma, görevli olunan okul kademesine, yaşına, çocuk sahibi olma durumuna, eğitim durumuna, toplam hizmet süresine, kurumdaki hizmet süresine, okul türüne göre istatistiksel olarak anlamlı düzeyde bir farklılık gösterip göstermediği incelenmiştir.
The stress which is one of the main problems nowadays and the effects of stress on working life cause serious problems on people and people want to get rid of this undesirable and oppressive situation. The aim of the study is to form a conceptual framework of stress, to discuss the organizational stress sources of the administrators working in educational institutions, to explain the results of stress and the solution ways of stress and also to present organizational stress sources and solution ways of the administrators who work in primary and secondary schools. In this research, organizational stress sources and solution ways were examined whether they differ statistically and significantly or not depending on the opinions of the administrators who work in primary and secondary schools according to administrator's gender, marital status, rank of the school that he/she is working, age, status of having children, status of education, total time in service, period of service in the institution and the type of the school.
