Bu çalışmada ilgili hukuki düzenlemeler, öğretideki görüşler ve Yargıtay kararları ışığında iflas erteleme kurumu incelenmiş ve ıslah çalışmalarının değerlendirmesi hakkında bilgiler verilmeye çalışılmıştır. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Bankruptcy adjournment is regulated at related dams of Turkish Trade Act and Bankruptcy and Enforcement Law. Pre-conditions of adjournment of bankruptcy petition are being overindebted and submitting the rehabilitation project to the Court. In this study, we try to give information about the scope of the evaluation of reclamation practices in adjournment of bankruptcy petition in light of relevant legal regulations, the views in literature and Supreme Court of Appeals decisions. | en_US |
