Abstract
Çalışmanın amacı büyük ölçekli fitness merkezi üyelerinin tatmin, ilgilenim, mutluluk düzeyinin ve aralarındaki ilişkinin belirlenmesidir. Araştırmanın örneklemini 2018-2019 yılında İstanbul ilinde faaliyet gösteren Ağaoğlu Myclub World ve Ağaoğlu Myclub Bahçelievler yaşam ve fitness merkezine üye olan 395 kişi oluşturmaktadır. Katılımcılara demografik sorular ile birlikte Serbest Zaman Tatmin ve Oxford Mutluluk Ölçeklerinden oluşan anket uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler SPSS istatistik programı kullanılarak analiz edilmiş, verilerin çözümlenmesinde Korelasyon, t testi ve ANOVA testleri kullanılmıştır Elde edilen sonuçlara göre spor merkezinden memnuniyet, serbest zaman tatmin ve mutluluk arasında pozitif ve düşük düzeyde ilişki çıkmıştır. Memnuniyet düzeyinin yaş, eğitim ve spor yapma sıklığına göre farklılaştığı tespit edilirken, cinsiyet, medeni durum ve gelire göre bir farklılık bulunmamıştır. Serbest zaman tatmin puan ortalamaları ile cinsiyetleri, medeni durumları ve meslekleri arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı fark bulunmuş, yaş, eğitim ve gelir arasında ise anlamlı fark tespit edilememiştir. Mutluluk puan ortalamaları ile cinsiyet, medeni durum, meslek, yaş, eğitim, gelir ve spor yapma sıklığı arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı fark bulunmuştur.
The aim of the study was to determine the satisfaction, care, happiness and the relationship between the members of the large-scale fitness center. The sample of this study consists of Ağaoğlu Myclub World and Ağaoğlu Myclub Bahçelievler --living and fitness center in İstanbul in 2018-2019. Demographic questions and leisure time satisfaction and Oxford Happiness Scales were administered to the participants. The data obtained were analyzed by using SPSS statisticial program and correlation, t test and ANOVA tests were used to analyze the data. According to the results, a positive and low level relationship was found between satisfaction, free time satisfaction and happiness from the sports center. While the level of satisfaction was frequency to be different according to age, education and sports frequency, there was no difference according to gender, marital status and income. A stasitically significant diference was fonud between the mean scores of free time satisfaction and gender, marital status and occupation, but no significant difference was found between age, education and income. A statistically signigicant difference was found between the mean happiness score and the gender, marital status, occupation, age, education, income and sport.
