Kamu ve özel sektörde çalışan hemşirelerde örgütsel stres düzeyi ve hemşire-hemşire iş birliğinin belirlenmesi
Abstract
This research was carried out to determine the organizational support levels of nurses working in the public and private sectors and the relationship between nurse-nurse cooperation. The universe of this descriptive study, between April-July 2019 is at least 6 months in public and private hospitals in Turkey has created nurses working as a nurse. The sample of the study was determined as 250 nurses with at least 10 times the number of items of Nurse-Nurse Cooperation Scale, and the study was completed with 317 nurses. The data were obtained by using 'Introductory Characteristics Form', 'Organizational Stress Scale' and 'Nurse-Nurse Cooperation Scale'. In the evaluation of the data, number and percentage calculations, Mann Whitney U test, Kruskal-Wallis H test and Dunn's test were used. It was determined that 81.7% of the nurses participating in the study worked in public institutions, 49.8% had been in the profession for more than 11 years, 29% had been working in the institution for 1-5 years and 31.2% had administrative duties. It has been determined that 54.6% of the nurses are 45 hours and less than the weekly working hours and 37.5% of them have 6-10 seizures per month. 67.2% of the nurses participating in the study loved their profession and 56.8% of them wanted their profession. it was determined that 59% of them would change their profession if possible, 71.3% of them were exposed to mobing by a nurse at least once and 51.1% thought that there was no cooperation between nurses. The total score average of the Nurses' Organizational Stress Scale (PSS) was 43.17 ± 6.28, and the Nurse-Nurse Cooperation Scale (HIBS) total score was 74.75 ± 9.25. duration, administrative duty, weekly working hours, monthly seizures, unit where they work, status of loving the profession, status of wanting to change the profession if possible, exposure to mobbing by nurse colleagues, the state of thinking that there is cooperation in nursing, and the presence of mental illness and the total score of the ÖSÖ There was a statistically significant difference (p <0.05).A statistically significant difference was found between the weekly working time of the nurses, the number of monthly seizures, the status of loving the profession, the ability to change the profession if possible, and the state of exposure to mobing by nurse colleagues, and the state of thinking that there was cooperation in nursing and the total score of HIBS (p <0.05) . A statistically significant, negative and weak level correlation was found between the nurses' organizational stress levels and collaboration levels (r = -0.427 p <0.05).
