Uzaktan eğitim yayıncılığında sinematografik tasarımın önemi ve etkileri: Bülent Ecevit Üniversitesi Uzaktan Eğitim Uygulama ve Araştırma Merkezi örneği

Abstract

Uzaktan eğitim yayıncılığı alanındaki gelişmeler eğitim yayınlarının hedef kitleye ulaşma şekillerini değiştirmiş ve uzaktan eğitim yayıncılığında içerik çok önemli bir boyut kazanmıştır. Bu çalışmada özellikle 2000 yılından sonra uzaktan eğitimyayıncılığının gelişim süreçlerinden, buna bağlı olarak sinematografik tasarımın önemi ve sinematografik kurgudaki teknolojik gelişmelerden söz edilmiştir. Sayısallaşma, içerik tasarımı, içerik aktarım süreci, görüntü estetiği ve sinematografik kurgu kavramlarının bu süreçteki yeri detaylı yönleriyle ele alınmıştır. Özellikle Lisansüstü programlarda öğretim elemanlarının derslerde kullanacakları ders materyallerinin önemi çok büyüktür. İletişim Teknolojilerinin hızlı bir şekilde değişmesi teknoloji ile içeriğin bütünleşmesini kolaylaştırmaktadır. Böylelikle uzaktan eğitim yayıncılığında görsel tasarımın etkileri, görüntü estetiği çerçevesinde ele alınarak; kalite, başarı ve motivasyonu artıracak şekilde, etkili tasarımlarla sinematografik kurgunun uzaktan eğitim yayıncılığı üzerindeki etkileri belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Uzaktan eğitim yayıncılığında içerik, bu içerikleri uygulanabilir kılan donanımlar ve sinematografik kurgudaki işleyiş ile teknolojik gelişmeler çalışmanın kavramsal çerçevesini oluştururken, bu kavramların işleyiş prensiplerini ortaya koymak için uygulama örneği olarak da Bülent Ecevit Üniversitesi Uzaktan Eğitim Uygulama ve Araştırma Merkezi ve yüksek lisans öğrencileri üzerinde yapılan anket çalışması seçilmiştir.

The developments in distance education have changed the way education broadcasting reached the target public and content has gained a lot of importance in distance education. This paper focuses on the changes distance education underwent throughout 2000s and the importance of cinematographic design and the technological developments it has been the venue of in connection with that. This paper also deals in detail with issues like digitilasation, content design, the process of content transmission. The rapid transformation of communication technologies facilitates the fusion of content and technology. This research looks at the effects of visual design within the context of aesthetics of image. And it also points out the effects that cinematographic fiction (coupled with effective design) has on distance education and how it improves quality , motivation and success. After the combination of new communication technologies and cinematographic form, cinematographic language came to boost the visual design; which raised the level of student satisfaction considerably. While the content, the materials that enable the implementation of the content, the proceeding of the cinematographic fiction and the technological developments form the conceptual framework of this research; a survey conducted on Bülent Ecevit University's master students on distance education programme has been focused on to demonstrate how these concepts work.
