Abstract
Bu araştırma ile bir eğitim ve araştırma hastanesine yeni başlayan hemşirelere, araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan web tabanlı oryantasyon eğitimi uygulanarak, eğitim sonrası hemşirelerin hemşirelikle ilgili becerilerinin ve eğitim öncesi ve eğitim sonrası çalışma ortamı algılarının değerlendirilmesi amaçlamıştır. Araştırma tek gruplu ve yarı deneysel desende bir çalışmadır. Araştırmanın örneklemini bir eğitim ve araştırma hastanesi'nde Haziran-Aralık 2019 tarihleri arasında oryantasyon sürecini yeni tamamlamış ve süreci devam eden 38 hemşire oluşturdu. Araştırmanın verileri; araştırmacı tarafından oluşturulan Tanıtıcı Bilgiler Formu, Oryantasyon Eğitiminin İçeriğiyle İlgili Genel Prosedürler Formu, Web Sitesi Değerlendirme Formu, Prosedür Bilgi Değerlendirme Formu, Çalışma Ortamı Ölçeği, Beceri Değerlendirme Formu ve Web Sitesi Kullanıcı Görüş Formu ile toplandı. Veriler SPSS 17.0 programı ile analiz edildi. Kategorik değişkenler için sayı ve yüzde dağılımı, niceliksel veriler için sayı, minimum, maksimum, ortalama ve standart sapma analizi yapıldı. Verilerin normal dağılım analizi (Shapiro-Wilk) yapıldı. Normal dağılan veriler için parametrik testler, normal dağılmayan veriler için parametrik olmayan testler uygulandı. Anlamlılık düzeyi p<0,05 olarak alındı. Eğitimlerin ön test-son test sonuçlarının karşılaştırmasında; acil ilaç uygulama, acil kodlar, düşme riski ve hasta transferi eğitimlerinde istatistiksel olarak anlamlı fark saptandı (p<0,05). Hemşirelerin beceri değerlendirme puan ortalamasının 65,05±1,64 olduğu saptandı. Mesleki deneyim ile beceri puanı arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı fark olduğu saptandı (p<0,05). Araştırmada çalışma ortamı ölçeğinin ön test-son test puan karşılaştırmasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir fark saptanmadı (p>0,05). Kullanıcıların web sitesi değerlendirme puanı 209 bulundu. Araştırma sonucunda; hemşireler tarafından web tabanlı oryantasyon eğitiminin oryantasyon ve beceri açısından olumlu bulunduğu, fakat çalışma ortam algısında anlamlı bir farklılık oluşturmadığı saptandı. With this research, it was aimed to evaluate the nursing skills of the nurses after the training and their perceptions of the working environment before and after the training by applying the web-based orientation training prepared by the researcher to the nurses who have just started a training and research hospital. The research is a one-group and quasi-experimental study. The sample of the study consisted of 38 nurses who had just completed the orientation process in Istanbul Training and Research Hospital between June and December 2019 and whose process is still ongoing. The data of the research were collected with the Introductory Information Form, the General Procedures Form Regarding the Content of the Orientation Training, the Website Evaluation Form, the Procedure Information Evaluation Form, the Work Environment Scale, the Skill Evaluation Form and the Web Site User Comment Form. The data were analyzed with the SPSS 17.0 program. Number and percentage distribution for categorical variables, number, minimum, maximum, mean and standard deviation analyzes were performed for quantitative data. Normal distribution analysis (Shapiro-Wilk) of the data was performed. Parametric tests were used for normally distributed data and non-parametric tests were applied for non-normally distributed data. Significance level was taken as p<0.05. In the comparison of the pre-test-post-test results of the trainings, a statistically significant difference was found in emergency drug administration, emergency codes, fall risk and patient transfer training (p<0.05). It was determined that the nurses' skill assessment mean score was 65.05±1.64. A statistically significant difference was found between professional experience and skill score (p<0.05). In the study, no statistically significant difference was found in the pretest-posttest score comparison of the work environment scale (p>0.05). The users' website evaluation score was 209. As a result of the research, it was determined that the web-based orientation training was found to be positive in terms of orientation and skills by the nurses, but it did not create a significant difference in the perception of the working environment.
