Abstract
Okulların toplumun beklentilerine karşılık vermesi ve verimli şekilde yönetilmesi, önemli bir husustur. Okullarda öğretim etkinliklerinin yanında rehberlik hizmetlerinin daha etkili yürütülmesi ve öğrencilerin olumlu davranışlar edinmesi daha fazla talep edilmektedir. Bu çalışmanın temel amacı okullarda yürütülen planlı değerler eğitimi çalışmalarının ne kadar verimli olduğunu tespit etmektir. Veri elde etmek için Bursa ili Nilüfer ilçesindeki her türdeki okullardaki yönetici ve öğretmenlere sorular sorulmuştur. Elde edilen bulgular betimsel analiz yöntemiyle incelenmiştir. Okulların değerler eğitimi çalışmalarını desteklediği, hazır etkinlik örneklerinin ve etkinlik paylaşımının olumlu olduğu, yaş grubu ve okul türüne göre etkinliklerin farklılaştırılabileceği tespit edilmiştir.
It is very important to manage schools productively and respond to society's expectations. Besides teaching, more effective guidance services in schools and gaining positive behavior of students have begun to be demanded. The main purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of values educations at schools. As the data collection tools, the questionnaire with the teachers and school administrators in Nilüfer town of Bursa was applied. The study was carried out with descriptive analysis method. Based on the results obtained, it can be stated that schools support values education, sharing of activities and examples of activities are useful and activities can be changed according to age groups and school types.
