Abstract
Çalışmaya dahil edilen sağlık çalışanların 498'i kadın, 444'ü erkek katılımcılardan oluşmaktadır. Katılımcıların 614'ü evli, 328'i bekar bireylerden oluşmaktadır. Katılımcıların 82'si acil serviste, 57'si ameliyathanede, 121'i Covid-19 biriminde, 78'i yoğun bakım ünitesinde, 604'ü ise diğer birimlerde çalışmaktadır. Sağlık çalışanlarının 551'i kaygı ve korku düzeylerinin yüksek olduğunu düşünmekte, 111'i kaygı ve korku düzeyinin yüksek olmadığını düşünmekte, 280'i ise kısmen yüksek olduğunu düşünmektedirler. Sağlık çalışanlarının 623'ünün ailelerindeki bireylerin kaygı ve korku düzeylerin yüksek olduğunu düşünmekte, 101'inin ailelerindeki bireylerin kaygıve korku düzeylerinin yüksek olmadığını düşünmekte, 218'i ise kısmen yüksek olduğunu düşünmektedirler.
This descriptive study was conducted to determine the levels of anxiety experienced by healthcare professionals and individuals with different professions during clinical practice and the factors that cause anxiety. It has been observed that anxiety causes reactions such as an unusual sense of sensitivity in individuals, blood pressure in some parts of the body, and some disorders in emotional integrity. There was no significant relationship between the gender of healthcare professionals and their burnout levels. The relationship between gender and burnout has been studied by many researchers and it has been concluded that burnout is generally higher in women than in men. This thesis aimed to examine the levels of fear and anxiety experienced by healthcare workers in the Covid- 19 epidemic, their professional self-esteem and levels of burnout. 498 of the healthcare professionals included in the study are female and 444 are male participants. 614 of the participants are married and 328 are single individuals. 490 of the participants have children, 452 of them have no children. 828 of the healthcare professionals participating in the study are family-type nuclear, 94 are broad, and 20 have family members. The education level of healthcare workers is 23 high school graduates, 20 health vocational high school graduates, 79 associate degree graduates, 439 undergraduate graduates, 113 graduate graduates, 247 medical faculty graduates, and 21 others. . 84 of the healthcare professionals included in the study are on duty and 258 do not. 82 of the participants work in the emergency room, 57 in the operating room, 121 in the Covid-19 unit, 78 in the intensive care unit, and 604 in other units. 551 of the healthcare professionals think that their anxiety and fear levels are high, 111 of them think that the level of anxiety and fear is not high, and 280 of them think that it is partially high. 623 of the healthcare professionals think that individuals in their families have high levels of anxiety and fear, 101 of them think that the anxiety and fear levels of individuals in their families are not high, and 218 of them think that it is partially high.
