Abstract
Bu çalışmada, iş yaşam kalitesinin iş performansı üzerine etkisinde örgütsel desteğin aracılık rolünün açıklanması amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmanın hedefi, İstanbul ili Anadolu Yakası Kamu Hastanelerinde çalışmakta olan sağlık personelinin iş performansları üzerinde iş yaşam kalitesinin etkisini ve bu etkide örgütsel desteğin aracılık rolünü tespit etmek ve sağlık sektöründeki çalışanların performanslarını artırmaya yönelik öneriler sunmaktır. Çalışmada veri toplama tekniği olarak anket kullanılmıştır. Anket; bilimsel açıdan güvenilirliği ve geçerliliği daha önceden kanıtlanmış ölçekler kullanılarak hazırlanmıştır. Bu çalışmadan elde edilen bulgular, İstanbul ili Anadolu yakası kamu hastanelerinde çalışmakta olan sağlık personeli ile sınırlıdır. Çalışmanın veri analizinde SPSS 22 istatistik programı kullanılmıştır. Öncelikle araştırmaya katılan sağlık çalışanlarının, iş yaşam kalitesi, iş performansı ve alt boyutları ile birlikte örgütsel destek düzeyleri belirlenmiş ve bu değişkenler arasındaki ilişkiler korelasyon ve regresyon ve analizleri yapılarak araştırılmıştır. Ayrıca iş yaşam kalitesinin, iş performansı üzerinde örgütsel desteğin aracılık rolü araştırılmış ve elde edilen bulgular sobel testi yapılarak doğrulanmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda İstanbul İli Anadolu yakası kamu hastanelerinde çalışmakta olan sağlık personelinde; iş yaşam kalitesi algılarının ve örgütsel desteklerinin orta düzeyde olduğu, iş performansı varlığının yüksek düzeyde olduğu belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca, iş yaşam kalitesinin iş performansı üzerine etkisinde örgütsel desteğin kısmi aracılık rolü olduğu tespit edilmiştir. In this study, it is aimed to explain the role of the organizational support in the effect of the quality of work life on business performance. The aim of the study is to measure the impact of the quality of work life on the performance of health workers working in public health facilities in the Anatolian side of Istanbul and to find its mediating role on this effect and provide suggestions for improving the performance of workers in the health industry. Questionnaire was used as the data collection technique in the study. Scientific reliability and validity of the questionnaire have been prepared using previously proven scales. Findings obtained with this study are limited to the health workers who are working in Anatolian side public hospitals of Istanbul. The 22nd version of the SPSS program was used in the data analysis of the study. First of all, the quality of work, work performance and the level of organizational support with sub dimensions were determined for the health workers participating in the research and the relations between these variables were researched by analyzing the correlation and regression. In addition, the intermediary role of organizational support in the quality of work life effect on the business performance was studied and the findings obtained were confirmed by sobel test. As a result of the research, it was determined that the perceptions of the quality of work life and organizational support were moderate and the performance of work performance was high in the health personnel working at the public hospitals in Istanbul Anatolian side. In addition, it has been found the organizational support has a partial effect in the impact of the quality of work life with all dimension on business performance.
