Abstract
Bu araştırmada iş doyumu ve mobbingin çalışanların depresyon düzeyiyle olan ilişkinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu ana amaç doğrultusunda çalışanların demografik özelliklerinin çalışanlardaki iş doyumu, mobbing ve depresyon düzeyiyle ilişkisi incelenerek, bu ilişkilerin neler olduğunun bulunması alt amaçlar olarak belirlenmiştir. Bu tez çalışması betimsel tarama tipinde nicel bir araştırma olarak tasarlanmıştır. Betimleyici araştırmalar araştırma konusunu oluşturan olay, olgu veya ögeleri tanımlayarak açıklayan araştırmalardır. Araştırmada araştırma örnekleminin demografik özellikleri ile iş doyumu, mobbing ve depresyon özelliklerinin taranması yoluyla veri elde edileceği için araştırma aynı zamanda bir tarama araştırmasıdır. Araştırma verilerinin sayısallaştırılacak analiz edilecek olması, araştırmayı aynı zamanda nicel bir çalışma yapmaktadır. Araştırma kapsamında evren olarak Ordu ili seçilmiştir. Araştırmanın örneklemini ise, Ordu ili organize sanayi bölgesinde bulunan fabrikalar oluşturacaktır. Organize sanayi fabrika çalışanlarının yaş, eğitim, meslek, iş ortamındaki pozisyon vb. özelliklerine göre, iş doyumu ve mobbingin depresyon ile olan ilişkisi, araştırma kapsamında kullanılan ölçekler ile tespit edilecektir. Ordu'da bulunan Organize Sanayi Bölge Müdürlüğünden alınan güncel bilgilere göre fabrika çalışanlarının sayısı 11.950'dir. Araştırmanın evreni doğrultusunda seçkisiz örneklem yoluyla ulaşılması planlanan minimum örneklem sayısı 300'dür.
In this study, it was aimed to examine the relationship between job satisfaction and mobbing and the depression level of employees. In line with this main purpose, the relationship between the demographic characteristics of the employees and the level of job satisfaction, mobbing and depression in the employees was examined, and it was determined as the sub-objectives to find out what these relationships are. This thesis study was designed as a descriptive survey type quantitative research. Descriptive studies are studies that describe and explain the events, phenomena or elements that constitute the subject of the research. Since data will be obtained by scanning the demographic characteristics of the research sample and the characteristics of job satisfaction, mobbing and depression in the research, the research is also a screening research. The fact that the research data will be digitized and analyzed also makes the research a quantitative study. Within the scope of the research, Ordu province was chosen as the universe. The sample of the research will be the factories located in the organized industrial zone of Ordu province. Age, education, occupation, position in the business environment, etc. of the employees of the organized industry factory. According to the characteristics, the relationship between job satisfaction and mobbing with depression will be determined by the scales used in the research. According to the current information received from the Organized Industrial Zone Directorate in Ordu, the number of factory workers is 11,950. The minimum number of samples planned to be reached by random sampling in line with the universe of the research is 300.
