Abstract
12-14 Yaş Tenisçilerde 8 Haftalık Core Antrenmanın Kuvvet Ve Denge Parametreleri Üzerine Etkisi Bu araştırmanın amacı 12-14 yaş tenisçilerde 8 haftalık core antrenmanın kuvvet ve denge parametreleri üzerine etkisini araştırmaktır. Araştırmaya İstinye Tenis Kulübünden 20 erkek tenisçi gönüllü olarak katılmıştır. Araştırmaya katılan tenisçiler 10 çalışma 10 kontrol grubu olmak üzere iki gruba ayrıldı. Ön ve son testler kapsamında antropometrik ölçümlerden boy ve kilo, motorik performans testlerinden mekik, şınav, plank testi, dikey sıçrama testi, durarak uzun atlama testi, y balance denge testi ve flamingo denge testi ölçümü aynı ekip tarafından aynı yerlerde yapılmıştır. Araştırmaya katılan tenisçilerden çalışma grubunda olan sporcuların 8 haftalık core antrenmanları sonucunda şınav, mekik, plank testi, dikey sıçrama, durarak uzun atlama, flamingo denge testi ve y balance denge parametrelerinde anlamlı düzeyde gelişim sağladığı bulunmuştur (p<0,01). Kontrol grubu ön ve son test ölçümlerinde anlamlı farklılık bulunamamıştır p>(0,05). Sonuç olarak tenisçilerin antrenmanlarına ek olarak yapılan 8 haftalık core çalışmalarının core kuvveti, denge ve kuvvet parametreleri üzerine sportif performans açısından pozitif yönde bir etkisi olduğu görüldü. The Effect of 8-Week Core Training on Strength and Balance Parameters in 12-14 Years Old Tennis Players The aim of this research is to investigate the effect of 8-week core training on strength and balance parameters in 12-14 year old tennis players. 20 male tennis players from İstinye Tennis Club voluntarily participated in the research. The athletes participating in the study were divided into two groups, 10 study and 10 control groups, and pre-test and post-tests were applied by the same team at the same places. Within the scope of the tests, height and weight from anthropometric measurements, sit-ups, push-ups, plank test, vertical jump test, standing long jump test, y balance balance test and flamingo balance test were made from performance tests. As a result of the 8-week core training of the tennis players participating in the research, it was found that the athletes in the study group achieved significant improvement in push-ups, sit-ups, plank test, vertical jump, standing long jump, flamingo balance test and y balance balance parameters (p<0.01). No significant difference was found in the pre-test and post-test measurements of the control group p>(0.05). As a result, it was seen that the 8-week core exercises performed in addition to the training of the tennis players had a positive effect on core strength, balance and strength parameters in terms of sportive performance.
