ERP (Kurumsal kaynak planlama) performansının ölçümünde kullanılabilecek yöntemler ve dengeli skor kart modeli destekli bir yapı

Abstract

Kurumsal Kaynak Planlama (Enterprise Resource Planning-ERP) sistemleri, şirketlerdeki tüm veri, süreç ve bilgi akışının tek bir noktada entegre edildiği bilgi sistemleridir. Şirketler için çok önemli olan bu bütünleşik sistemlerin maliyetleri çok yüksektir ve kurulum süreçleri çok uzundur. Dolayısıyla ERP sistemlerinin seçimi kadar onların performansının da çok iyi ölçülebilmesi gerekmektedir. Bu çalışmada, bir ERP sisteminin canlı kullanım sonrası performansının ölçülmesini incelenmiştir. 'ERP (Kurumsal Kaynak Planlama) Performansının Ölçümünde Kullanılabilecek Yöntemler ve Dengeli Skor Kart Destekli Bir Yapı' isimli bu çalışma dört bölümde ele alınmıştır. Birinci bölümde, konuya ilişkin temel kavramlar incelenmiştir. Bu bağlamda ERP'nin tanımı, özellikleri, yararları, modülleri, maliyetleri, kritik başarı faktörleri, tarihsel gelişimi, uygulama evreleri, uygulama yöntemleri ve ERP sonrası sorunlar açıklanmıştır. İkinci bölümde, literatür taraması yapılmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde, bilgi sistemleri performans ölçümünde kullanılabilecek başarı modelleri hakkında ayrıntılı bilgiler verilmiştir. Çalışmanın dördüncü bölümünde, performans değerlemede kullanılabilecek kantitatif ve kalitatif teknikler tanıtılmıştır. Beşinci bölümde, literatür taraması sonucunda oluşturduğumuz hibrit model tanıtılmıştır. Altıncı bölümde, uygulama yapılmıştır.

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems are the information systems in which all the data, process and information flow of the companies are integrated on one single point. The integrated systems, which are highly important for companies, are unaffordable and their installation processes take a long time. Therefore, just like the selection of ERP systems, it is also important to measure their performances effectively. In this study, the performance measurement of ERP Post-Implementation is examined. This study entitled 'Methods to Use for ERP Performance Measurement and A Structure with Balanced Score Card Support' is discussed in four sections. In the first section, the main definitions related to the issue are examined. In this sense, the definition of ERP, its features, advantages, modules, related costs, critical success elements, historical development, application phases, application methods and problems occurred after ERP are explained in this section. In the second section, a literature review is done. In the third section, detailed information is provided on success models to be used for information systems performance measurement. The fourth section of the study describes the quantitative and qualitative techniques to be used for performance evaluation. The fifth section, the hybrid model that we develop after the literature scan is defined. In the sixth section, the application is performed.
