Trakya bölgesi, Tekirdağ ili Merkez ilçesi ilköğretim ve ortaöğretim beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin liderlik durum tespiti

Abstract

Eğitim ve öğretim kurumlarında bireylerin yetişmesinde çok önemli yeri olan öğretmenler, öğrencileri hem eğitim hem de öğretim alanında yetiştirmektedirler. Böyle önemli bir görevi üstlenen öğretmenlerin kullandıkları liderlik tarzları ve tercihleri de önem taşımaktadır. Kısacası iyi bir öğretmen (lider) iyi bir nesil yetiştirmek istiyorsa, liderlik tarzını ve öğretim stratejisini teknolojiye aynı zamanda öğrenciye uygun olarak seçmelidir. Kurum ve kuruluşlar sürekli gelişen teknolojiye ayak uydurmak zorundadırlar. Gençlik ve Spor Bakanlığı ve Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı da, bu kurumların başında gelmektedir. Son olimpiyatlardaki başarısızlıklarımızın sebebi sporcular, antrenörler ve okullardaki beden eğitimi öğretmenleri olduğu düşünülmektedir. Sporun ve sporcunun gelişmesinde beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin rolünün çok önemli olduğunu düşünenlerden biri de benim. Bu sebepten dolayı; Tekirdağ ilinde sporun ve sporcunun yetişememesinde, liderlik özelliklerinin olumsuz bir etkisinin olup olmadığını tespit etmek istedim. Tez üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Çalışmanın birinci bölümü giriş ve amacı içermektedir. İkinci bölümü lider kavramı ve liderlik davranışları, liderlik teorilerini üçüncü bölümde ise anket analizine ilişkin analizlere yer verilmektedir. Araştırmanın verilerinin çözümlenmesinde SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences-Sosyal bilimler için istatistik paketi) programı kullanılmıştır.

The teachers, who have a great importance in education of individuals, both educate and teach the students.And thedir choices and leadership manners are also very important. So if a good teacher\leader wants to bring up a good generation, he muit determine his leadership manner and teaching strategy in accordance with both technology and student. As the technology develops the foundations and corporations should also keep up with this development. The leaders are needed to lead,to organise, to direct the groups and to prevent chaos. The Ministry of Youth and Sports and National Education are first two of these corporations that need them. It is thought that the failure in the last Olympics are because of the sportsmen,the trainers and the Physical Education teachers in schools. I am one of the people who believe that the role of the Physical Education teachers are very important in development of sports and sportsmen. So I tried to determine that if lack of leadership is related to this failure or not in Tekirdağ. My thesis consists of three sections; The first section is introduction and aim, The second is leader notion and leadership behaviours and theories, The third is the questionnaire analysis. SPSS program (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) was used for the analysis of research data.
