Abstract

This PhD dissertation discusses the importance of CWM and sheds light on the challenging barriers and problematic issues facing Jordanian project managers. It also identifies a list of solutions through a framework that could help global and Jordanian project managers get benefit from the rich experience of construction experts and building specialists, who implemented CWM several times and found some challenges and applied some solutions to overcome those issues. Also, this work is dedicated to all stakeholders working in the construction sector who want to benefit from innovative practices and active solutions discovered by consultants and found that they are effective and functional to reduce the amount of construction and demolition waste.Overall, this PhD work can be valuable for the building industry to help reduce the CW and make this sector more sustainable and green.

Bu doktora tezi, CWM'nin önemini ele almakta ve Ürdünlü proje yöneticilerinin karşılaştığı zorluklar ve sorunlu konulara ışık tutmaktadır.
