Abstract

Küreselleşmenin oluşturduğu yeni rekabet koşulları, işletmelerin faaliyetlerini gerçekleştirirken pazardan daha fazla pay alabilmek için teknolojik yatırımlara ağırlık vermeyi ve bunu gerçekleştirebilmek içinde İşletme Sermayesini en ideal şekilde yönetmeyi zorunlu kılmaktadır. Büyük işletmeler finans departmanlarıyla rekabette ön sıralarda rol oynarken, küçük işletmeler; işletme sermayesi yönetimi (İSY) hakkında fazla bir bilgi birikimine sahip olmadıkları için finansal açıdan sıkıntı yaşamaktadırlar. Literatüre baktığımızda birçok işletmelerin iflas etme nedeninin işletme sermayesini doğru yönlendirememek olduğu görülmektedir. İşletmenin likit kontrolünü kaybetmemesi ve daima zor günler için nakit bulundurması gerekmektedir. İşletmelerin amacı karlı olarak büyümek ,topluma hizmet etmek, sürdürülebilir olunması vb. amaçları gerçekleştirebilmek olup bu da işletme sermayesini doğru şekilde yönetmeye bağlıdır. Ayrıca ülke ekonomilerinin büyümesi ve gelişmesi de işletmelerin doğru yönetilip büyümeleriyle doğrudan ilgilidir.

Because of globalization; companies should pay more attention to their technical investments for increasing their market share. In order to do that; it is mandatory to manage funds by the best possible and effective way during new competition provisions. Big and powerful companies takes place in the first lines during competition by their financial departments. However, with less knowledge of fund management, small companies are facing financial problems. When we look up the literature, it is seen that bankrupt reason of most most of the companies is wrong management of their funds. It is always necessary for the companies to keep liquid for the black days and not to loose control of liquid. Companies main aims are to grow profitably, to serve community, long lasting life, etc. and as i mentioned above, in order to gain these aims; it is all related to manage funds correctly. Additionally, economic grower and developments of the countries are directly proportional with the correct management of the companies.
