Eğitimcilerde örgütsel güven düzeyinin incelenmesi (Bursa örneği)

Abstract

Örgütsel güven kavramı ülkemiz davranış bilimleri literatüründe görece yeni bir olgudur. Söz konusu kavramın iş tatmini, örgütsel kültür, liderlik ve benzeri kavramlarla ilişkisi üzerine literatürde çeşitli çalışmalar bulunmaktadır. Buna rağmen örgütsel güven kavramı ile eğitimcilerde gereken örgütsel güven düzeyi arasındaki ilişkiye dair çok az yayın bulunmaktadır. Bu çalışma, ülkemiz davranış bilimleri literatüründe bu anlamda yapılan çalışmalardan biri olarak literatüre katkı sağlamayı hedeflemektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, örgütsel güvenin eğitimcilerde gereken örgütsel güven düzeyi üzerinde etkili bir unsur olup olmadığını belirlemektir. Bu amaçla ilk olarak örgütsel güven ve eğitimcilerde gereken örgütsel güven düzeyi kavramıyla ilgili detaylı bir literatür taraması yapılmıştır. Daha sonra literatür çalışması sonucunda elde edilen bulgulara dayalı olarak örgütsel güven ve eğitimcilerde gereken örgütsel güven düzeyi arasında güçlü bir ilişki olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır Anahtar Kelimeler: Güven, Örgütsel güven, Örgütsel güven düzeyi, Eğitimde örgütsel güven düzeyi

The concept of organizational trust in our country is a relatively new phenomenon in the literature of the behavioral sciences. It comes to the concept of job satisfaction, organizational culture, leadership, and so there are several studies in the literature on the relationship between the concepts.
