dc.description.abstract Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a heterogeneous disease characterized by metabolic and endocrine disorders, especially in women of reproductive age, and the criteria of \"oligo-ovulation or anovulation\", \"clinical or biochemical findings of hyperandrogenism\" and \"polycystic ovaries\" are used for diagnosis. PCOS is associated with inflammatory diseases such as obesity, Type 2 DM, cardiovascular disease and insulin resistance. Studies have shown that monounsaturated fatty acids (omega 9), polyunsaturated fatty acids omega 3, vitamin D, vitamin E, curcumin, cinnamon, fennel and flaxseed supplements, high-protein diets and exercise can reduce the complications of PCOS and can be effective in the treatment of PCOS. . In this review, nutritional supplements and lifestyle changes that can be made in the reduction or treatment of PCOS complications will be examined with scientific reality. en_US
